Kenneth Demchuck was arrested in the parking lot at Muckleshoot Casino at 2402 Auburn Way S, when he was located passed out in a vehicle (WA/BDR6403) and in possession of drug paraphernalia. Incident to arrest and post Miranda, Kenneth provided verbal consent to search the vehicle, which was registered under his name and he was the only occupant of. During a search of the vehicle, several backpacks, purses and an SKS (D79964) rifle were located. During a search of the bags, about 10 WA ID Cards, about 20 credit/debit cards, about 20 fruadulent checks, checks that appeared to be stolen and several other health cards and other personal information for a significat amount of people were located.
