ms. Kim Bonita Earl was a well-dressed 48-year-old African-American female who was present for the interview and testing in a timely manner. She presented herself and forthright manner with no observable indication of misrepresenting her history of psychological complaints. Ms. oral was oriented and alert. Her speech was clear logical and goal directed. There was no indication of significant anxiety, depression or other psychological symptoms. Her mood was bright with congruent affect. Ms. Earl seem to have good awareness and motivation to make positive changes in her life her weight management.

During her childhood and years she described herself as active, happy, noisy, Moody, and outgoing. But during her adolescent years she described herself as unhappy, quiet, fearful, moody and clumsy. This was a time when she relocated to Mississippi in 9th grade to live with her grandparents until her mother, several years later, relocated to reside with her.
