Assessed Discussion Question 2: Identifying Issues • Explore Kudler Fine Foods and respond to the following questions: o What is the difference between an issue and a problem? o What are some of the issues at Kudler Fine Foods?

The difference between an issue and a problem is an issue is something that needs to be addressed with time and is usually sought after for a resolution. A problem is an obstcale which makes your goals difficult to achieve. Usually a problem can is an issue that persisit over time. Often times it is because an issues has gone un treated for so long that it turns into a problem.

Some of the issues that Kudler Fine Foods is going to face in their business adventures is… A. Small management B. Limited audience C. Limited geographics

A small management team will cause the business to have a limited amount of employment resources. With the limited amount of staff any issues such as someone being sick would cause an upset among the team and may cause some customer relation problems.

Kudler’s limited audience would cause the business not to be able to grow as quickly as they might want. The limited audience would cause the business to come to a slow down if there were any sort of major economic problems. For one thing Kudler’s targeted audience seems to be one that is rich and not so much for the middle class.

The last issue that I believe will be a problem among Kudler’s organization will be their lack of geographics. I believe that in order for Kudler’s fine food to expand they need to develop some kind of brand and package their food over the internet and to various areas around the world. This would allow them to expand and continue to grow as a company vision or design a new business plans. These are all issues. If they aren't addressed, they could potentially turn into problems in the future.
