On 23 December 2017 at approximately 1652 hours, Bernard Consolan Navy Exchange (NEX) Loss Prevention/Safety Security Guard, at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, FL, observed via Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) an African American female later identified as Lashandra Derita Robinson.
At approximately 1654, Robinson was in Prestige Cosmetics department. Consolan observed Robinson selected two boxes of perfume.
At approximately 1656, Robinson concealed two boxes of perfume inside her purse in Shoe department.
At approximately 1702, Robinson approached register four and paid for toilet paper only.
At approximately 1705, Robinson passed all point of sale failing to pay for two perfumes inside her purse and exited the building.
