Introduction

The purpose of this project is to analyze how leaders in organizations use their values and talents to motivate employees to maximize the value the organization. It will also reflect how the structure of the organization allows for smooth transition of strategy and values within the organization from theoretical ideas at the executive level to how employees relate to customers on a face-to-face level. These ideas will then be analyzed and compared to The new Business Reality of the 21st Century and The Thinking Habits of Mind, Heart and Imagination. There are two interviews with top-management leaders, their interviews will help us learn what works? what does not work?, and what motivates them to influence the performance of their employees to achieve business and personal success.
