Men think that ladies must to do most of the housework and deal with the kids, while surrendering their goals and dreams. Their objectives are put on hold and in not very many cases, are men sufficiently seeking to look past such a changed times. It’s the time for more ladies to be elevated to senior positions and not have their abilities and objectives put on hold on the grounds that they chose to have kids.
