My Learning profile is a graph showing my personel learning patterns and what might be blocking or stopping further learning by myself. Ill discuss my learning profile in 3 sections, Good learning habits, bad learning habits and cautioned habits.

Looking at the graph I can see that 7 of my top 10 habits are green which I gather is a good sign. According to the graph my best attribute is ‘knowing about learning’. This means I know when I have learnt something when I can relate it to other things. My 2nd best attribute also relates to the top kab attribute. Some greens are middle of the road in terms of score which indicates I can improve on them. Like Knowledge Objects is only 10/20. This means I can sometimes picture objects in my head but that just sounds weird. However I can relate to that with basketball. I can picture a play in my head and explain it without having to write it down. Economic reasoning could also be improved. This indicates that I know something about economics without studying it. I predict me with a lot of other students will improve this attribute along with the other economic scores. What concerns me with the graph is that my memorising is non-existent which is true I tend not to do a lot of reading I prefer to listen in lectures then do questions and while doing those questions I go back and cover the course to find and answer. I’ll try and work on that this semester.
Most of my caution learning habits are middle of the road which is where I guess they should be between red and green however repetition and learning by example are 11/20 which is probably a tad too high and ill keep my eye on those habits. The one caution that is up there is duty as motivation. I’m not worried by this only because I don’t let it affect my learning I just have that thought in the back of my head that most of us at a young age didn’t...

Las Vegas Swot

...Alyssa Miller MKTG 320 SWOT Analysis Las Vegas The LVCVA has a strength with predicting trends and for the most part has been on top of changing their marketing techniques to suit those trends. Las Vegas is one of the most famous cities in the world and it is known for a great and crazy time. Las Vegas also has an enormous customer base. Las Vegas’s image is weak in the fact that it only appeals to some customers. The smaller audience it attracts and that there are almost no options for any other age group besides 21-50 year olds also weakens it. Las Vegas has an opportunity to expand and make it’s business and experience even bigger because almost no one is competing with them. There is also an opportunity to improve hotels, casinos, resorts, and other main attraction buildings with all the new technology that comes out every year. Las Vegas has an opportunity to expand their customer base and try to reach different and new demographics. The business also has an opportunity to try and make its large industry greener. They could find ways to save electricity and water at hotels and casinos and be sure that all public bathrooms in the city have automatic air hand dryers. A threat in Las Vegas’s microenvironment is that since they virtually have no competitors, it could eventually become a boring trend or a place that everyone’s already been to. On the other hand, places like Dubai are becoming trendy with new modern infrastructure and many opportunities to......

It also sought to provide demographic profiles of these wives. The researchers’ motivation of choosing this topic had been influenced by the everyday situation of people they knew who had experienced being separated to their husbands due to infidelity. Value Stocks vs. Growth Stocks

...Growth Stocks vs. Value Stocks Thomas Anderton MBA 570 Professor Scott Growth stocks generally come from companies of high quality and who are considered successful. Investors expect the earnings of these companies to keep growing above the market average. If an investor were to analyze the companies with growth stock they would notice that these stocks have high price to earnings ratios and high price to book ratios. The price to earnings ratio shows the market price per share divided by the earnings. In order to have a high ratio generally the market price per share is high. Value stocks are the exact opposite of growth stock in terms of their price per earnings ratio and their price to book ratio, which means they generally have low ratios. These companies are generally expected by investors to increase in value when the rest of the market recognizes their potential. According to Bryan Rich of Forbes, “Value stocks are stocks with the lowest P/E, price to book, price to sales and price to cash flow. Other twists on value investing are simply looking at the lowest priced stocks in a major index or stocks with the highest dividend yield in a major index” (Rich, 2016). To some investors, growth stocks may seem to be expensive and at times overhauled, which could cause them to invest in value stocks. Investors may chase value stock because they don’t have as much money to invest as other investors who choose growth stocks. Some investors may choose to invest in growth...

Gmo Case

...Gmo: the Value Versus Growth Dilemma GMO: The Value Versus Growth Dilemma | 1. What is value investing? What is its rationale? What are GMO’s main arguments in favor of value investing? Value investing is a way of investing in company stocks that are considered either undervalued or out-of-favor by the market. In other word, a value investment is one where the intrinsic value of the stock is not accurately reflected in the current market valuation. The underlying reason of too much decreasing in the stock price is that the company may be losing market shares or even in trouble due to market’s panic attributed to negative rumors as well as having management problems. Since the market price has dramatically descended, the book to market ratio of that stock will conversely increase. Consequently, this fraction is an important indicator that value investors will look at in order to justify if a particular stock is value stock or not. The rationale for investing in such value stock is that after the forces that are depressing the stock have diminished, the market price of value stock can only go upward from the bottom position to realize the stock’s hidden potential value at some point in the future. Notably, the key assumption is that once the market finally acknowledges the inefficiency that the price is too low when compared to the expected future returns, it will bump up the price and the value investors will directly benefit from the capital gain on those value......

Teamwork at Google

...Introduction: Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd university is an upcoming university. With that being said, it is still in the process of improvement and setting roots to become one of the strongest universities out here. One of the ways of improvement is to have a good dining system. Sadly, the location of the university is quite far from the city and no near restaurants to make it easier for the girls to go out and have a proper meal. So, it’s a struggle for the girls of PMU to find alternative restaurants than the one that is currently provided on campus. In this study, it shows how opening Chili’s at PMU can be beneficial. Students can be more focused and productive due to having a proper meal. Chili’s is a highly known restaurant, especially in Saudi. Having chili’s on campus would make their lives easier and would look make them happier to see that the university is listening to what they wants and coming up with solutions to make all students happy. My expectation about this study is to help PMU improve their system and show them how this study can be beneficial for the university not only for the students, but also can be profitable. Literature Review During my research, I found a similar case in the University of Western Sydney when they open a restaurant in Parramatta campus. They claim that opening a restaurant on campus, it is a perfect place for corporate lunches or catching up with friends. In our case, this shows that opening a Chili’s could be very beneficial...

...Marketing Communications Memo PSY/322 October 7, 2013 Mary-Lynne Ament | Toys Inc | Memo To: | Management | From: | | Date: | October 7, 2013 | Re: | Educational Toys | | | | | Introduction In marketing communications there is no doubt that demographic and psychographic information is very important. In developing and creating a new line of educational toys for children aged 7-10, demographic and psychographic are going to play a major role in who Toy Inc should market to as well as what products to market. While educational toys are a great learning tool, I am going to look into a “toy” that can be used in different ways. I will go into what types of demographic and psychographic information will be the most beneficial to the organization and help create a great product to market to consumers. Marketing Objectives I will work for Toy Inc and look at what the needs of our consumers are. As well as survey the market to see what the needs are for a specific group of consumers. Because my position is creating a new line of educational toys for children aged 7-10 I must have a good understanding of our demographics. Looking at the market it must be divided into different segments based on common interests (Schiffman, L. G. and Kanuk, L, L., 2010). The key demographics that will be looked at are age and gender. When marketing educational toys, one will have to be aware of the age and gender as both boys and girls of different ages work at......

As of last week, it was brought to my attention that we do not have many options for educational toys, especially for the children in the ages of 7-10 years of age. As many of you may already know, Top of the Rock Toys want the children of our world to enjoy playing, yet at the same time continue to learn and develop the fundamentals needed to become the top minds in our country. The reason for this memo is to inform you that I will be leading the team that will develop this new product line, since this will be a joint effort from all the management team I am cordially asking that all teams that have data that pertains to demographics of our markets as well as psychographics please contact me as soon as possible so that I may begin to understand our target market, thus building our toy company into the leader of educational toys. The following will be a list of what I may or hope to obtain from the management team. The data that is provided will negate our goals so it is vital that you only pass along key information to the specific age group of 7-10 years of age. Our newest products have aimed their targets at......
