The absence of some listed homes may cause lost homeownership opportunities.
Finally, there is the necessity for unique information, if Zillow were continually pulling up the same outdated information or generating the same search results, the buyer or renter would not be able to have the full benefit they would have had they met with a real estate agent, which increases competition.
5.) Sales history, home, and mortgage are all entities and attributes of Zillow’s mortgage database. Business Intelligence:
If I had the opportunity to start a new business, it would be in online movie streaming. Instead of having just new or current films streaming, I would have it like a blockbuster store. All movie arrangement would be by category and in alphabetical order. Going to the Blockbuster store was fun. There was an array of movies to choose from that you could look at and see. I would want to give the same experience to customers online. Blockbuster and Redbox provide something similar, but they do not offer the expanse of movies I am referencing. Netflix and Hulu offer primarily more similar products and services since they stream, but they lack the type of organization and options I am referring to. This paper analyzes the predictors of job satisfaction that may arise in an expatriate context. Drawing on the cultural distance perspective, we propose that the national cultural distance, supervisor’s nationality, host-country language proficiency, expatriate type, and company nationality are important determinants of expatriate job satisfaction. Survey results from 148 expatriates in Japan demonstrate that national cultural distance, supervisor’s nationality, and expatriate type have a statistically significant influence on expatriate job satisfaction. Simulation and Research on Data Fusion Algorithm of the Wireless Sensor Network Based on Ns2

...2009 World Congress on Computer Science and Information Engineering Simulation and Research on Data Fusion Algorithm of the Wireless Sensor Network Based on NS2 Junguo Zhang, Wenbin Li, Xueliang Zhao, Xiaodong Bai, Chen Chen Beijing Forestry University, 35 Qinghua East Road, Haidian District,Beijing, 100083 P.R.China information which processed by the embedded system to the user terminals by means of random selforganization wireless communication network through multi-hop relay. Thus it authentically achieves the purpose of ‘monitor anywhere and anytime’. The basic function of sensor network is gathering and sending back the information of the monitoring areas which the relevant sensor nodes are set in. But the sensor network node resources are very limited, which mainly embodies in battery capacity, processing ability, storage capacity, communication bandwidth and so on. Because of the limited monitoring range and reliability of each sensor, we have to make the monitoring areas of the sensor nodes overlapped when they are placed in order to enhance the robustness and accuracy of the information gathered by the entire network. In this case, certain redundancy in the gathered data will be inevitable. On the way of sending monitoring data by multi-hop relay to the sink nodes (or base stations) which are responsible to gather the data. It is necessary to reduce the redundant information by fusion processing. Data fusion is generally defined as a process...

BOHOL ISLAND STATE UNIVERSITY CANDIJAY CAMPUS Cogtong, Candijay, Bohol March 2012 CHAPTER I THE PROBLEM AND ITS SCOPE INTRODUCTION Students are facing with many issues in their lives, and because of the competing things for your attention, it’s hard to concentrate on studying. Studying can seem very boring when compared to any other exciting activity. You may even prefer doing non-sense things rather than to study your lessons. Too many people treat studying as the thing to do when you get around to it or have some spare time, too many people look at studying as necessary task, not an enjoyment or an opportunity to learn.( Grohol, 2006 ) Studying is important in our lives, especially to the lives of the students. Each student as unique individual has different abilities, approaches, ways of thinking, interests and ways of studying the lessons. These individual differences have significant influences on ones learning style and acquisition. Each student has different methods and ways of studying and these methods are sometimes helpful but some are not as effective as the others. (Oppapers, 2010) One reason we often don’t start studying until last possible minute is that we have misjudged how long it will actually take as to absorb and understand the material we are studying. If you are a student attending...

...various occupational groups?”, by investigating the relation of the “Big Five” personality dimensions (Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism and Openness) to job performance for three occupational groups (Mangers, Skilled Workers and Sales). Office based employees at Green Curve Interiors were administered a widely acknowledged Big Five personality online test to obtain their personality trait score. Regression line and scatter charts were the tools used in our study to find the relation between the results of personality test score and job performance ratings. In our study we categorised green curve employees according to their occupational groups. From our analysis we found that conscientiousness was the best predictor for overall job performance among different occupational groups. We also found that extraversion and openness traits did not predict overall job performance, but they did predict success in specific occupations like managers and sales staff. We conclude our study by recommending Green Curve to incorporate the “can do” attitude and “continuous improvement” as part of their organisational behaviour. “Can do” attitude relates to the tendency to show self-discipline, act dutifully, and aim for achievement; while “continuous improvement” relates to...
