Light-Dependent Reactions
Light-Dependent Reactions occur inside the thylakoids membrane sections of the chloroplast. The energy from the sunlight,among with water are converted into ATP and NADPH.

Photosynthesis and Cellular Respiration yes , John the carbon atom is almost done with the photosynthesis .
Cellular Respiration
Cellular Respiration takes place in the Mitochondria.Here John will enter his final process.

Photosynthesis converts water and carbon dioxide gas into oxygen gas and carbohydrates.

Light Dependent Reactions
In this image the light independent reaction is receiving and converting light energy into ATP and NADPH2.Then it travels though the Calvin Cycle of the light dependent reaction and oxygen is given off.
As often referred to the Calvin Cycle, this reaction uses the energy converted from light in the first stage of photosynthesis and also uses them to turn carbon dioxide into glucose.light independent reaction does not need light. It occurs in the stoma of the chloroplast
Also six molecules of John,the carbon atom are used to produce a six carbon glucose molecule
John is changing because as Photosynthesis is taking place and energy is converting and transferring ,the carbon atom is forced to change over and over again.
Now john is in the step between photosynthesis and cellular respiration.

There are two variables that factor in finding out what are more optimal conditions in which E. coli can grow, temperature and difference in medium. The two ways to determine the amount of bacteria growth are: optical density by using the spectrophotometer, and also the 10-fold serial dilution, the latter of which is the most accurate way. The 4 phases: lag phase, log phase, stationary phase and death phase, show the strength of the life cycle of a bacteria cell. The results show that at 37°C (normal body temperature) and the LB agar plate (rich medium) gives E. coli better optimal conditions to grow. Introduction Although bacteria is composed of only a single cell, they are extremely involved and we have so much to learn about these creatures. To overcome the problems of emissions due to solvent-based inks and cleaning of presses, a new type of ink based on vegetable oil has been developed which is biodegradable and environment-friendly.
