Human behavior is a scope fundamental basic topic to understand when managing workers in an organization. Since people are of different nature as psychology insists, then a manager must be in super like shoes to absorb all those kind of differences and integrate those differences to achieve a common goal.
I also noted that for a manager to be effective it is not his or her only effort that may make the work place more viable but even the use or implication of assistance from assistance manager or a junior manager may make everything fin d its direction to success.
An organization as its name suggests ‘organ’, ‘nisation’…we deal with organ meaning it is more of organs integrated in the same body or equipment to make a whole thus consensus among these maybe of greater use and benefit.
Human resources so far so good is a resource that has been credited for being the most valuable since it is unreplaceable unlike other materials which can be replaced without affection of the productive scheme and without one noticing that there was impact in the change of the system. For example if a machine malfunction it is very easy to buy a new one of the same caliber to say but when for instance a manager gets sick, yes I agree it’s easy to replace him with another but what I’m sure of is that the replacer will not be of the same caliber.
