Apple is an American huge company corporation that designs and manufactures electronic devices like music players, TVs, cell phones, etc and software products. The company's best knowledge hardware products include Macintosh computers, the iPod and the iPhone. Apple software includes the Mac OS X operating system, the iTunes media browser, the iLife suite of bring together video, sound, words, and pictures together and intelligence software, the iWork suite of working well and getting plenty of done software, Final Cut Studio, a suite of professional audio and film-industry software products, and Logic Studio, a suite of audio tools. The company had accomplished more than 250 retail stores in nine countries and they even open an online store where goods and software products are sold.
The history where Cupertino has been created, California on April 1, 1976 and incorporated January 3, 1977, the company was named as Apple Computer for its first 30 years, but dropped the word Computer on January 9, 2007 to follow the company's constant expansion into the electronic and other devices. Market in association with other things towards, its traditional focus intensely on personal computers. Globalization, Virtual World, and Lifestyle are a social factor that gives a huge impact to Apple business development.
Technology had become the most important media that makes this globalization developed faster and wider. The Virtual world that we can access to nowadays technology is used by Apple as a big business opportunity by developing many virtual media. Music market to the world of computers has big roles that influences people to use this virtual world.
Apple is around the world seen as the King of technology caused by their virtual media development and design improvement. The reputation of Apple also goes up and many people had started using it and have become a lifestyle.
Now Apple is noticed as an image of today's modern person's life. Therefore social factor have positive effect on Apple.

TECHNOLOGY
Nowadays technology's market becomes wider, this way meaning the competitors of Apple will additionally elevated.
The competition additionally gets harder as technology changes and invention of new things developed much faster. As a result all of technology has a short lifetime. That is why Apple needs to upgrade their product more often so they will outdo their competitors quickly. In this case Apple will invest a huge amount of their capital to the Research and Product Development. T series is introduced for premier performance and X series is selected/named or business peregrinations because of its features like Thinnest and lightest model. Now Apple iPod is capturing 60% (out of all the people who buy a product (like a car), how many people buy it from a particular company) and 25% (out of all the people who buy a product (like a car), how many people buy it from a particular company) for Sony Walkman. But Apple's rivals are constantly (forever) working on development of their products which is very huge threat for Apple.

The Threat of New Entrants:
Now the present market of personal computers is (done or used by many people) and highly competitive such as Dell, HP Compaq, Lenovo, Sony and Toshiba is hugely huge players of the market. There are two major barriers for (starting to happen (people to enter or begin something which are very difficult to abstract. First, to enter in the market needs huge amount of capital which sanctions (starting to happen) company to be active in market and be a participant of price war and sustain the market pressure while promoting its products and cause/create economies of scale products. CONCLUSIONS/RECOMMENDATION
Apple 's products are often rushed out into the market without long/big testing which results in the first versions of Apple products being bug ridden which often leads to product recalls.
Another source of considerable puzzling and difficult situations for Apple is the long/big amount of lawsuits the company has been involved in both as a plaintiff and as an advocator . A number of licit cases involving Apple are now pending.
A great opportunity for Apple comes in the form of the small step forward/upwarding demand for `Smartphones ' with such capabilities as internet access and
(combining video, sound, words, and pictures together) recording and playback etc . The iPhone is an effort by Apple to grab and take control of this opportunity.
The high quality of competition among technology companies signals that Apple is constantly (forever) under threat from its competitors . This threat is especially great within the market for personal computers
Another threat to Apple comes from from some of the suppliers to whom the supply of materials and the manufacture of some components have been outsourced . The threat can take the form of poor quality output from these suppliers
Political factors influencing Apple include the small step forward/up warded taxes in the current time in history which force people (who use a product or service) to restrict their spending . The recent money-based downturn has additionally added/gave to a drop in sales . Social factors affecting Apple include its image as the caused/created beautiful and beautiful products . Technological factors include need to have multiple features in one product . Environmental factors influencing the company include the wanted or needed thing for emissions control in the manufacture of electronic products . Licit factors affecting the company include the very huge number of cases the company is involved in trying to stop violation of its copyright .
