As we all know, tourism is a spiritual enjoyment, such as transportation, attractions, accommodations, tour guides, in these areas are not tangible products. So if these companies focus on details, according to the market demand, in-depth discovery resource characteristics, cultural creativity, improve their service quality products from the source, maybe they will attract more customers, gain advantage in the competition, it also can improve the company's reputation and market share. Negative impact In summary, we know that a company wants to improve the quality of tourism products, they must do everything possible for the sake of customers, so that customers spend the least money to enjoy the best service. But if the companies consider customer service blindly, businesses are also likely to be relatively economic losses. For example, if customers have their own low quality, they will pick and choose an already high-quality tourism products companies. For the already high cost of travel products also demanded cheaper to buy, so that enterprises can not make a profit even have made trading losses. On the other hand, good quality services will certainly be welcomed by the market, and achieved good sales, but this will lead to the tourism product line suffered some negative effects, such as a tourist destination over the development, regional economic over-reliance on tourism and tourist destination inflation and rising land prices, etc. Conclusion Tourism is committed to good quality of tourism products in order to more long-term development, to enable enterprises to obtain a larger customer base and more benefits. And put yourself in the customer is fundamental to improve the quality of tourism products, but if you just blindly for customers to consider, simply reduce the price to provide good customer service to attract the final result will only be counterproductive.
