MARKETING SZIGORLAT – FOGALMAK

Story board

Az elektronikus reklám készítésének második lépése (forgatókönyv, story board, clip) A szöveg és kép együttes megjelenítése (képregény).

Copy

Az írott sajtó reklám készítésének első fázisa. (copy, layout, film) Maga a szöveges tartalom.

Layout

Írott sajtó reklám készítésének második fázisa. A kész, grafikával ellátott reklám.

Involvement

Bevonódás – az érdekeltség, érintettség a termék megvásárlásában.
a) alacsony (low): a vásárlás során nincs kockázat, a rossz választás nem presztízscsökkentő – pl.: zsemle, tej stb.
b) magas (high): drágább, bonyolultabb termékek esetén, a rossz választás presztízscsökkentő – pl.: autó

CPT, CPM

A célcsoport egy elérésének mennyi a költsége. Általában 1.000 eléréssel / fővel számolnak.

CPT = költség / célcsoport létszáma

A tervezett költség hatékonyságának leírását lehetővé tevő mutató.

CPM = hirdetés elhelyezésének költsége / (hirdetéssel várhatóan elért szem. száma / 1000)

Bármilyen reklámhordozó hatékonyságának számítására alkalmas mutatók.

Rating

Piackiaknázás: a marketing-ráfordítások növelésével (több hirdetés, szélesebb értékesítési hálózat) kíván a vállalat sikert elérni.

Piacfejlesztés: újrapozícionálást is jelent gyakran.

Addigi tevékenység mellett más szakmai területen is szerez részesedést.

| | | |
|Nagy piaci növekedési ütem |SZTÁR |KÉRDŐJEL |
| | | |
|Kis piaci növekedési ütem |FEJŐSTEHÉN |DÖGLÖTT KUTYA |

A mátrixban általában üzleti egységek szerepelnek, amelyek egybeesnek egyes termékcsoportokkal, de lehetnek egyes termékek is.

Követelményei: ▪ független legyen a többi termékcsoporttól ▪ önálló és elhatárolható piaccal és versenytársakkal rendelkezzen ▪ irányítási és elszámolási szempontból elkülönüljön a többi egységtől

Egy vállalat több üzleti egységgel is rendelkezhet, és azokat hasonlítja össze a portfólió-elemzés során.

GE-mátrix – McKinsey

A stratégia minősítésére használják.

Versenyhelyzet jellemzése: ▪ a versenytársakhoz viszonyított piaci részesedés ▪ a meghatározó versenytényezőkhöz való hozzáférés ▪ nyereséghányad a versenytársakhoz képest ▪ a kiegészítő szolgáltatások mértéke ▪ piaci és technológiai ismeretek

A portfólió-elemzés előnye: figyelembe tud venni több piaci tényezőt, a termékélet-görbén elfoglalt helyzetet is
A portfólió-elemzés hátránya: a versenytársak helyzetét, reakcióit nem tudjuk mérni.

Elemzés menete:
A jellemzők mértékéhez és a vállalat szempontjából való fontossághoz számértékeket rendelünk, majd súlyozott számtani átlagokat számolunk, amelyek a környezeti tényezők esetében azok jóságát, a versenytársak esetében azok erősségét mutatják.

Pozicionáló kereszt

A termékek két tulajdonság alapján való elhelyezése. A termék tervezése során használják.

Például: ár – minőség

Integráció

A vállalati növekedési stratégia (diverzifikáció) része.

A leggyakrabban alkalmazott különbségtétel a vállalati szerkezetre vezethető vissza. A vállalat stratégiájából vezethető le a stratégiai üzleti egység vagy a vállalati részfunkció stratégiája.

Stratégiai szintek:
1. vállalati szint
2. üzletági stratégiai szint
3. funkcionális stratégiai szint

Likert-skála

A kérdőívnél alkalmazott kérdéstípus. Az egyetértést vizsgálja, 4-5 fokozatú zárt skálán.
1) egyáltalán nem értek egyet vele
2) részben egyetértek
3) egyet is értek meg nem is
4) teljesen egyetértek

Maslow-piramis

a) kognitív – ismerethez kötött

Általában a mikrokörnyezet elemzésére használjuk

| |Erősségek |Gyengeségek |
|Lehetőségek |Magunkhoz kell kötni a vásárlókat |Divíziók közti kapcsolat erősítése |
|Veszélyek |Árverseny elkerülése a versenytársakkal |Esetleges árcsökkentés lehetőségének |

Full-service marketing ügynökség

A marketing ügynökség célja szolgáltatások nyújtása.

E = ( ∆x / x) 6 (∆p / p)

│E│ = 0 – rugalmatlan a kereslet
│E│ > 1 – rugalmas a kereslet

ET = (∆xB / xB) / (∆pA / pA)

Statisztikai hiba

Véletlen mintavétellel, visszatevés nélkül p hibája = p mért értéke / minta nagysága.

│∆p│ ≤ 1,96 * gyök(P(100-p) / n) * gyök(1 – n/N)
1.000 fős minta esetén ∆p ≤ 3,2%
2.000 fős minta esetén ∆p ≤ 2,5%
10.000 fős minta esetén ∆p ≤ 1%

Szemantikai skála – kérdéstípus

Közbeszerzés

A beszerzés eljárása szigorúan szabályozva van. (Kormányzati szervezetek, költségvetési és közpénzből gazdálkodó intézmények)
Közbeszerzési törvény célja: a közpénzek felhasználása átláthatóságának és nyilvános ellenőrizhetőségének biztosítása, a verseny tisztaságának biztosítása.

Lefölözés

A legmagasabb árat szabják meg. Például új termékek esetén a fogyasztók hajlandók ezt megfizetni. A magas ár a piaci részesedés növelését nem veszélyezteti – például nem szabadalmaztatott termékek esetén. A lefölözés lehet gyors és lassú.

Feltételei: ▪ nem árérzékeny vevők ▪ teljesen új termék bevezetése
( árelfogadás

Értéklánc – Porter

Az egyes részelemek hogyan tudnak gazdaságosan működni?

Marketingszervezet

A vállalat formalizált, marketingfeladatok, ellátására szakosodott szervezeti egysége.
a) funkcionális – szakemberek

Briefing

A felhasználó vállalat és a reklámügynökség kapcsolata igen fontos, s általában az ügyfélmenedzseren (account manager) keresztül bonyolódik. E munkakapcsolatban az ügyfél szava a döntő, neki kell jóváhagynia a fontosabb akciókat, a copyt, layoutot, a kivitelezést. E folyamatnak fontos eleme a briefing.

Taking a concern into this definition, it indicates that marketing begins before a product or service is developed. In additional, it also explain that marketing involves identifying an unsatisfied consumer need or want and determining if a profitable opportunity exists. Another definition is that “A social and managerial process by which individuals and groups obtain what they need and want through creating and exchanging products and value with others." (Kotler et al., 2005). The basic idea of this definition is that core to all marketing activities is customer satisfaction, which means marketing is an ongoing process as consumer demands and the environment is constantly changing. Products need to adapt as demands change. At the same time, marketing does not involve misleading, tricking or manipulation the customer. The Jobber also define the marketing is "The achievement of corporate goals through meeting...

...Abstract In the world of today with rude competition everywhere, customers’ expectations have become higher than ever. It is not the customers who come towards the products but it is the products which should make their way to the customers. And for this, only competitive businesses that are able to stimulate customers’ interests survive in the market. Therefore firms need to increase customers’ awareness about their products or services to be able to pull and encourage them to engage in purchase of their products. And as such, the promotional mix used by a company is really important for this task. The promotional mix in itself is very broad, consisting of various tools, like advertising, personal selling, direct marketing, public relation and sales promotion. To make the optimum use of these tools, marketers usually select them, depending on their budget and objectives, as well as the sector in which they operate (Kotler & Armstrong 1997). As such, research has been conducted on the use of promotional mix and research questions and objectives have been set. The methodology which will be used has been devised. Marketing

...Marketing is the process of communicating the value of a product or service to customers, for the purpose of selling that product or service. Marketing can be looked at as an organizational function and a set of processes for creating, delivering and communicating value to customers, and customer relationship management that also benefits the organization. Marketing is the science of choosing target markets through market analysis and market segmentation, as well as understanding consumer behavior and providing superior customer value. From a societal point of view, marketing is the link between a society’s material requirements and its economic patterns of response.
