Finance is the study of the financial market form the credit card to the house payment. so is to say that finance is the driver of our economy .Because it does only show us how deal with interest but it also teach us what we need to refinance. The finance allows the mortgagee to see what will be the next step for his payment .so the main topic of our project will be focused on whether we should finance the loan on time or later on .so for the house in order to finance the within 20 years we need to know what will be the possible outcomes if we take that option so we will probably end up around this calculation. the monthly payment will be around 849.50 the total payment will be around 208,880 the total amount of interest accumulated at that period of time 82,880 and average of interest per payment equals 345.33 so that will be for the early on finance within the 20 years . and also the good think about that it will save you big amount of interest , by making your mind to think free of debt and it will give you more option to invest your money in order business .so the best think is to pay off the mortgage in the early years . The other option is to refinance the loan within the next 25 years. That could be an option, but not better option I will but let's do the numbers first and see the comparison. if we take the 25 years option the math will be 121,000 when R=5.75 we will come up with 761.20 for the monthly payment , Total amount 223,360.00 and total interest acquired during that period is 107,360 and the average of payment per interest = 357.86 . so that is the estimated amount of payment the mortgagee will pay in the period of 25 years .so now let me explain the pros and cons of the 25 years there could be a benefit for you if there is an inflation in the economy .and higher returns if you invest your money in the long term and if the interest in the economy goes down during that period you will benefit from that when the economy start icing . Finally, from my own perspective it is good to refinance your house as many years as you can afford .so it is up to the mortgagee to calculate the better decision. But as mentioned earlier the best to get better off loan is to finance as the years as possible to avoid big interest accumulation.

...Policemen of the World History 105 Even though some feel that we should not get involved in other countries problems; like in Afghanistan and now Syria and the Isis threat, The United States need to protect their own because we need to safeguard our freedom at any cost and Americans are willing to give their lives for this protection. Early this year, the U.S. gave Syria weapons to assist with their fight against ISIS, a militant group that is rumored to be associated with Al Qaeda. This type of advanced weaponry will give the rebels a more even playing field to win the fight in their Civil War. These actions can be related to the Lend-Lease Act of 1941. (Knickmeyer, 2014) The Lend-Lease Act was passed March 1941, it was the principal means for providing U.S. military aid to foreign nations during World War II. The act permitted the United States to support its war interests without getting directly involved. (Foner, 1991) In 2013, there was a Sarin gas attack on the civilians of Syria. Sarin is a deadly gas and at least 355 people died. The U.S. has been keeping a watchful eye on the civil war in Syria but did not assist or get involved until 2014. (Reals, 2013) This can be related to the Isolationism, which is when the U.S. was reluctant to get involved in European alliances after WWII. (Isolationism, n.d.) Osama Bin Laden was killed on May 1, 2011, Adolph Hitler killed himself on May 1st 65 years ago when he knew he was going to be captured. ...

...Play is of an enormous importance in a young child’s life. Through play the child’s social and motor skills develop greatly. Three forms of social play have been identified as parallel play, associative play, and cooperative play (Belkin & Faw, 1980, p. 340). The child starts out at a young age enjoying their play with themselves rather than people (Gibson, J.T., 1978, p. 300). Toddlers then play house with their dolls and stuffed animals. When the child engages human peers instead of toy objects in play this is the start of social play (Gibson, J.T., 1978, p. 300). Through this development comes aspect of parallel play. Here this child may play alongside a fellow peer, but they may be engaging in two completely different activities (Belkin & Faw, 1980, p. 340). Side by side the children play, observing each other and enjoying the fact that they are present with that peer, while not directly interacting with them. At two years of age a child with participate in parallel play (Gibson, J.T., 1978, p. 300). Associative play proceeds parallel play starting at age three. The children play in groups with the same toys as their peers, but each child uses the materials in very different ways (Belkin & Faw, 1980, p. 340). When asking a child engaged in associative play to describe his activity, he often times describes a totally different activity then the other children (Belkin & Faw, 1980, p. 341). A major part of associative play is imitation. A......

...King Leonidus It was a warm August day in the year 480 B.C, when I went out to meet Xerxes' legion at Thermopylae. My force consisted of 7,000 Greek men, which was nothing at all compared to the 200,000 Persians that awaited us on our path. My Spartans and I marched on the front lines toward the fight hoping that we would spark the spirits of our Greek allies by knowing they had the battle-hardened Spartans leading them. As we marched into the pass, our eyes perceived the Persian immortals, these soldiers were Persia's exclusive fighting force and they feared nothing. They wore a type of formidable mask which was all white with obsidian indentations where their eyes were supposed to be. We formed a tenacious line with our spears pointed out in front of our shields and the rocky pass covering both of our sides. We sat there in our imperishable pack waiting for the immortals to start their advance, we knew if we broke our formation it would create an inadequate spot in our line which could be penetrated and eventually over ran by the immortals. Every man was ready for this day, our Spartans were bred for war, it's all they had ever known, and now they would get to show the true meaning of what it is to be a Spartan. The immortals grew impatient and started in a full sprint at our front lines, as they came closer I gave the order for my men to hold out their spears and stand their ground at all costs. The first wave of immortals were cut down by our lengthy spears without......

...Tyler Faldet Extra Credit: Film Review Assignment Professor Debauche 11/12/2012 300 Review Over the weekend I happened to rent a few movies to watch with friends at my home back in Iola Wisconsin. I also had hopes that one of them would give me a lot of information, along with motivation, to write a review on using the different concepts that we have talked about in class. So way back in 2007 the American film 300, directed by Zack Snyder, and staring popular film stars such as Gerald Butler, and Lena Headey, brought millions and millions of mainly young and old men to the theaters. I personally remembered when it came out because everyone at school was talking about how amazing it was and quoting some of the lines from the film. And even with its popularity, I never did get the opportunity to watch the film, until this weekend. The General Plot of the movie is narrated by a Spartan soldier Dillios, who narrates the story from king leonidas's boy hood through the sacrifice of the 300 Greek Spartan soldiers, which sparked the war against the advancing Persian "immortals". Previous knowledge of the movie from what I had heard from others who had seen it was that it is a war movie based on a true Greek story many hundreds of years ago. Soon into the movie I realized it was completely different from what I had envisioned it would be in my mind going in. This difference was definitely for the better and my expectations were completely blown away. The whole style......

#### 300 Summary

...I gave a four-star rating to "Sin City," the 2005 film based on a graphic novel by Frank Miller. Now, as I deserve, I get "300," based on another work by Miller. Of the earlier film, I wrote prophetically: "This isn't an adaptation of a comic book, it's like a comic book brought to life and pumped with steroids." They must have been buying steroids wholesale for "300." Every single male character, including the hunchback, has the muscles of a finalist for Mr. Universe. Both films are faithful to Miller's plots and drawings. "300," I learn, reflects the book almost panel-by-panel. They lean so heavily on CGI that many shots are entirely computer-created. Why did I like the first, and dislike the second? Perhaps because of the subject matter, always a good place to start. "Sin City," directed by Robert Rodriguez and Miller, is film noir, my favorite genre, taken to the extreme. "300," directed by Zack Snyder, is ancient carnage, my least favorite genre, taken beyond the extreme. "Sin City" has vividly- conceived characters and stylized dialogue. "300" has one-dimensional caricatures who talk like professional wrestlers plugging their next feud. The movie involves a legendary last stand by 300 death-obsessed Spartans against a teeming horde of Persians. So brave and strong are the Spartans that they skewer, eviscerate, behead and otherwise inconvenience tens of thousands of Persians before finally falling to the weight of overwhelming numbers. The lesson is that the......

#### 300 Spartans Movie

...n light of Frank Miller's latest sensible novel, Xerxes and told in the staggering visual style of the blockbuster "300," this new section of the epic saga makes the move to another battle zone on the sea as Greek general Themistokles (Sullivan Stapleton) tries to unite all of Greece by driving the charge that will change the course of the war. It pits Themistokles against the monstrous striking Persian powers drove by mortal-turned-god Xerxes (Rodrigo Santoro), and Artemisia (Eva Green), wild force of the Persian oceanic force. After its triumph over Leonidas' 300, the Persian Army beneath the command of Xerxes walks towards the major city-states of Greek. The Democratic city of Athens, first on the method for Xerxes' furnished power, manufactures its quality regarding its naval force, drove by maritime officer Themistocles. Themistocles is urged to an unwilling association together with the customary rival of Athens, oligarchic Sparta who may live with its overwhelming infantry troops. However Xerxes still guidelines overwhelming in numbers over sea and range. While coming to the historical accuracy of this movie, we be clear of one thing right from the saying go: this is not in any helpful sense an authentic film. It references several noteworthy verifiable occasions yet is not keen on 'getting them right'. It utilizes authentic characters yet misuses them for its own sensational, generally techno-visual finishes. It wilfully submits the grossest chronicled goofs. This...

...Zack Snyder’s 300. 300 is a film about King Leonidas, the King of Sparta, and his 300 Spartan warriors who all stood up against the God-king Xerxes and his massive Persian army from annihilation. After watching the film very closely for my critique I believe there is a serious underlying theme that everyone has the right to be free and sometimes you have to stand up and make sacrifices to keep your freedom. Standing up for freedom is never an easy task as shown in 300 but, everyone deserves to be free.
