De la manera que da incentivos a fomentar una mejor propuesta para buscar el cambio a través del desempeño laboral. Y respecto al capital social se tiene visiones y logros compartidos.

En la actualidad en que vivimos, el jefe del siglo 21 ya no es una persona controlador o dominante como era antes, se puede decir que ahora el jefe estimula la participación de su trabajador como haciéndole reconocimientos por su buen rendimiento laboral.

4. Where would you locate Whole foods on Carroll’s global corporate social responsibility pyramid in Figure 1-3? Explain Un ejemplo de responsabilidad filantrópica es Wong, el grupo Cencosud, el cual aplica este tipo de responsabilidad con sus empleados, ellos generan más ganancias que pérdidas gracias a que aplican lo mismo que Mackey.

El cuarto principio moral es el más indicado donde dice:
Lealtad: Promesas, contratos y compromisos deben ser honrados. La lealtad incluye la fidelidad, el mantenimiento de la promesa, mantener la confianza del público, la buena ciudadanía, la excelencia en la calidad del trabajo, la fiabilidad, el compromiso, y en honor a tan sólo las leyes, reglas y políticas.

-Elegí este principio porque me pareció muy importante ya que habla de la lealtad, de la confianza que se debe mantener hacia el público.
Por ejemplo en un negocio de comida rápida, los empleados tienen que tener ese compromiso de servir al cliente con un excelente y adecuado servicio. De esa manera el cliente se sentirá seguro y tendrá la confianza de ir otra vez a ese establecimiento.

6. What appeals to you (or does not appeal to you) about working at Whole Foods? Explain.
Lo que más nos intereso fue como iban a mejorar el clima ético de la organización ya que mejorar el lugar de trabajo no es la única cosa importante, hay otros puntos más esenciales como por ejemplo como debemos estimular a los empleados para que rinda un buen desempeño laboral, reforzar la conducta ética y el comportamiento de manera ética.
Otra cosa que nos gusta del trabajo en Whole Foods es el cuidado y el apoyo a los empleados en lugar de simplemente esperar que ellos hagan su trabajo. Muchos trabajos sólo se preocupan por asegurarse de que el empleado este haciendo su trabajo. Por ultimo, otra cosa que nos atrae es que los gerentes y los empleados son seleccionados y entrenados para apoyarse mutuamente, esto muestra la estabilidad de la empresa en conjunto.
Nos gustaría trabajar para el grupo Cencosud por ejemplo, ellos aplican lo que aplicó Mackey (el juego de suma cero) en sus empleados desde el 2010 y le está llendo muy bien ya que quiere decir que la empresa está mostrando estabilidad.
