he merger between InterClean and EnviroTech is finally here and with this merger new changes will need to take place. Before the new sales team is settle into their new positions, training will need to be established in order for the merger and the new team to reach success. There will be mentors that will help each of the team members to focus on the new direction of the company.
There are six members that make up the new sales team a combination of both EnviroTech and InterClean employees. All of them bring valuable experience in the industry and familiarity with the products which will be very beneficial, not to mention that there are several that bring great leadership abilities along with solutions-based products experience. Among the team there are also team members with previous sales experience with great sales goals met in the past as well as great customerservice skills. They are all knowledgeable in different areas within this industry which will come in handy in their new roles.
The entire new team will need to go through customer service training. This training will enable them to deal with different types of customers with a diverse background, due to InterClean new plans to pursue a broader customer base. Every single team member has been exposed to working in this industry but many different capacities, they have not worked together as team before, which brings me to another type of training that will be required which will involve building team skills and interpersonal relationship skills. The goal is for them to be able to work together as a group and delineate their strengths and weaknesses in order to achieve harmony and work as a team and each of their roles are developed and assigned.
