1. Executive Summary

During the semester, two Everest Simulation tasks were undertaken by a group of five people. This Everest Simulation was an online task which was to be completed as a team in order to determine what factors contributed to the productivity of a team and how it affected the performance of the team. The performance was measured using a points system where members of the team were given individual profiles which they had to use to complete the task, and with each of these profiles came a set of personal objectives, an overall health profile as well as the history.
