Ingredients * 2 lbs. ruffle fat * 1 tablespoon whole peppercorn * 5 dried bay leaves * 2 ½ tablespoons sea salt * 4 cups canola oil * 6 cups water
Instructions
1. Arrange the ruffle fat, whole peppercorn, 2 tablespoons salt, and bay leaves in a cooking pot. Pour-in water. Let boil. Cover and then simmer for 1 hour. 2. Turn the heat off. Remove the boiled ruffle fat from the pot and then let the water drip-off. 3. Rub the remaining salt all over the ruffled fat. Set aside. 4. Meanwhile, heat the cooking oil in a deep fryer or a deep cooking pot. 5. When the oil gets hot, slowly add-in the ruffled fat. Deep fry in low to medium heat until the texture becomes crisp and the color turns medium brown. 6. Remove from the deep fryer or cooking pot. Arrange in a plate lined with paper towels to absorb the oil. 7. Serve with spiced vinegar. 8. Share and enjoy!

Ingredients * 6 bacon slices, cooked * 1 head broccoli, florets chopped * 1 cup shredded monterrey jack cheese * ½ small sweet onion, minced * 2 tablespoons rice vinegar or white wine vinegar * 1 tablespoons granulated white sugar * ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper * ¼ teaspoon salt * ½ cup mayonnaise * ¾ cup roasted cashews

1. Prepare the dressing by combining the vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Mix well. 2. Add the minced onion and stir. 3. Combine the broccoli and the dressing. Gently toss. 4. Crumble the bacon and add to the bowl with broccoli. Add the cashew and cheese, as well. Continue to toss gently until all the ingredients are well belended. 5. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve. 6. Ingredients * 1 lb. shrimp (medium), shell and tail removed * 3 teaspoons minced garlic * 4 tablespoons butter, softened * 2½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil * ½ teaspoon dried oregano * ¾ lb. spaghetti noodles, cooked according to package instructions * 5 tablespoons shredded Parmesan Cheese * A dash of ground black pepper

1. Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Set aside. 2. Melt the butter in a pan and then add the olive oil. 3. Add the shrimp. Cook for 1 minute. 4. Put-in the garlic. Continue to cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until the garlic turns light brown. 5. Gradually add-in the cooked spaghetti noodles. Toss until all the ingredients are incorporated. 6. Add the oregano, parmesan cheese, and ground black pepper. Toss again until all are well distributed. 7. Transfer to individual pasta bowls. 8. Serve. Share and enjoy!

Beef Kebab Recipe
Ingredients
* 1 lb. beef tenderloin, cubed * 1/4 cup light soy sauce * 1 tablespoon minced ginger * 1 teaspoon minced garlic * 1 teaspoon sesame oil * 1 tablespoon olive oil * 1 teaspoon granulated white sugar * 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar * 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced * 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced * 1 medium red onion, sliced * A few dashes of salt and ground black pepper
Cooking Procedure 1. Make the beef tenderloin marinade by combining soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, olive oil, sugar, salt, and ground black pepper in a large bowl. Mix well. 2. Add the cubed beef tenderloin on the bowl with the beef tenderloin marinade. Gently toss to coat the beef. Let it stay for 1 hour. 3. Using a metal or bamboo skewer, assemble the beef kebob by skewering the vegetables and marinated beef tenderloin. 4. Heat-up the grill and start grilling the beef kebobs for 3 minutes per side. This will give you a medium beef that is juicy and tender in the inside. Add more time if you want your beef well done, but it will be less tender. 5. Transfer to a serving plate. Rib Eye Steak with Potatoes
Ingredients
* 1 lb. rib eye steak * 1/2 teaspoon salt * 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper * 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder * a pinch of cayenne pepper powder * 1 pack Yukon gold potatoes (10 small gold potatoes) * 1 tablespoon olive oil
Cooking Procedure 1. Prepare the rub by combining salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix well. 2. Rub the mixture all over the rib eye steak. Let it stay for 10 minutes. 3. Meanwhile place oil on a large bowl then sprinkle a little salt. Add-in the potatoes and coat with oil. 4. Heat-up the grill. 5. Grill the rib eye steak for 5 to 6 minutes per side. 6. Grill the potatoes for 10 to 12 minutes. 7. Let the steak rest for 10 minutes. Arrange the rib eye steak in a serving plate along with the potatoes. 8. Serve with your favorite steak sauce.
