Motivations entrepreneuriales Steve Jobs Certains entrepreneurs essayent en permanence d’apporter une seule idée ou un produit sur le marché tandis que d'autres semblent être en mesure de le faire presque sans effort, encore et encore. Les noms comme Steve Jobs , qui a atteint un niveau légendaire de succès avec Apple , Pixar et NeXT , est l’un des exemples qui revient le plus souvent . Mais il ya d’autres qui ont réussi à lancer des entreprises mais qui ne peuvent pas atteindre le même niveau de reconnaissance et ne sont pas rentables. Après avoir lu sa biographie, regardé ses entretiens et écouté ses discours, j'ai ce que je pense sont ses motivations entrepreneuriales.

Steve était souvent face à des sucées et des défaites, chaque fois qu'il a été mis à l'épreuve ou a subi un revers majeur, il n’abandonnait pas.

Utilisez l'échec comme une expérience d'apprentissage est une chance de se développer personnellement et professionnellement.

Grand risque, grosse récompense. S’il faut réussir en affaires, il va y avoir des moments ou il faut prendre des risques qui concernent soit le personnel, les produits, les concurrents ... c'est inévitable. STEVE JOBS a montré qu'il était prêt à cannibaliser les produits de sa propre entreprise pour réaliser du progrès. Beaucoup de chefs d'entreprise auraient hésité à développer l'i Phone, mais Jobs l'a fait de toute façon. C'est la raison pour laquelle l'i Phone est l'un des produits les plus réussis dans l'histoire.

Conscience de la mort : une véritable compréhension que votre temps est limité, Un autre facteur qui motivait Steve Jobs était sa conscience du peu de temps qu'il lui restait dans cette vie.
‘’Se souvenir que je serai bientôt mort est l’outil le plus important que j’aie jamais connu pour m’aider à faire des choix importants dans ma vie. Parce que presque tout – toutes attentes externes, tout orgueil, toutes craintes de l’embarras ou de l’échec – toutes ces choses s’éloignent face à la mort, laissant seulement ce qui est vraiment important. Se souvenir que vous allez mourir est le meilleur moyen que je connaisse pour éviter de tomber dans le piège de croire que vous avez quelque chose à perdre. Vous êtes déjà nu. Il n’y a aucune raison de ne pas suivre votre cœur.’’

Steve Jobs était aussi motivé par son désir de créer d'excellents produits qu’il apprécié utiliser lui-même plutôt que des produits qui apportent juste des profits à Apple. Chaque fois qu'un nouveau produit ou un logiciel a été conçu par Apple, il permettait aux gens de mieux utiliser la technologie. Jobs a toujours su qu'il y avait une grande différence entre l'utilisation d’un produit et profiter de l'utilisation d'un produit.
