Jordan remained at MHS Ms. Beaton’s home from 10/01/2015 to 10/31/2915. The youth started individual therpy. She started displaying more impulsive behaviors of lying and stealing after the collaborative meeting. However, the youth was receptive to the redirection. Jordan became withdrawn when CSP, DSS worker and MHS agreed to have a monthly visit with the youth. She continues to struggle with relinquishing her adults roles to MHS.

CSP encouraged the youth to practice positive focus thinking and reflective listening skills. CSP discussed the youth ability to express her emotions when sad, angry, and confronted about poor choices.
