Decision-making can sometimes be a hard task to complete. When making some decisions it may take an individual seconds, days or even months. So in order to make decisions that are not considered hasty it is best to make sure the decision is well thought out and are the right decisions for each person. Concerning that point in life when individuals have to make a life-changing decision, the following should also include: who will this decision affect, implementation of the commitment to the decision and consider different alternatives.

The choice making process has six stages. These stages comprise of recognizing and diagnosing the issue, producing elective results, assessing options, making the decision, actualizing the choice, and assess the choice. Deciding to return to a classroom and what school to go to was an individual issue that would have done well to be deciphered. I didn't utilize the choice making process; assuming that I had I am not certain if my choice might have been the same. Choosing to backpedal and return to school was something I contemplated for a couple of months however taking the steps to do so was something that took just an hour to do. The choice making process has six stages yet I might have just taken three of the aforementioned steps in my methodology.

The choice making stages are to recognize and diagnose the issue, produce elective results, assess options, make the decision, actualize the choice, and assess the choice (Management, 2011). To distinguish and diagnose the issues intends to distinguish an issue or something he provided that she needs to do that exist and illuminate it. Create elective results might be gap into two classes, which are instant results and hand crafted results. Readymade results are results you have tried before or consultation from others with comparative issues and uniquely crafted results are results

Decision Making Process

...Decision Making Process Paper Denise Causey MTG/230 June 3, 2013 Yolanda Spearman Decision Making Process Paper The tough decision that I have had to make in my life was buying my own home. This process took months to decide to do, months to find the house that we wanted, and several weeks to actually go through the whole buying experience. It all started when I made up my mind that I was tired of paying rent at a place that would never officially be mine. Me and my finance’ set out then to find us a home that we both liked and would want to live in for years to come. After searching and going to look at about a dozen homes we found the one we wanted. It worked out kind of convenient because the house we ended up choosing was my best friend’s house, which was up for sale. We did it for sale by owner so we didn’t use a real estate agent to go through with the process of buying this house. The most difficult part and frustrating time was actually getting approved for the loan to buy the home. After that was accomplished everything else seemed to be smooth sailing. I bought the house at a good price and even had money to put the repairs into it that needed to be done. I was very happy with my choice in the end. I feel like my decision-making process was a lot like the stages of decision making listed in Chapter 3 of Management. First of all, I identified and diagnosed the problem by realizing that I no longer wanted to pay rent somewhere. I didn’t feel like there was an...

...CRIME, PROCEDURE AND EVIDENCE IN A COMPARATIVE AND INTERNATIONAL CONTEXT This book aims to honour the work of Professor Mirjan Damaška, Sterling Professor of Law at Yale Law School and a prominent authority for many years in the fields of comparative law, procedural law, evidence, international criminal law and Continental legal history. Professor Damaška’s work is renowned for providing new frameworks for understanding different legal traditions. To celebrate the depth and richness of his work and discuss its implications for the future, the editors have brought together an impressive range of leading scholars from different jurisdictions in the fields of comparative and international law, evidence and criminal law and procedure. Using Professor Damaška’s work as a backdrop, the essays make a substantial contribution to the development of comparative law, procedure and evidence. After an introduction by the editors and a tribute by Harold Koh, Dean of Yale Law School, the book is divided into four parts. The first part considers contemporary trends in national criminal procedure, examining cross-fertilisation and the extent to which these trends are resulting in converging practices across national jurisdictions. The second part explores the epistemological environment of rules of evidence and procedure. The third part analyses human rights standards and the phenomenon of hybridisation in transnational and international criminal law. The final part of the book assesses Professor...

Fighting Against Currency Depreciation, Macroeconomic Instability and Sudden Stops∗ Luis-Felipe Zanna† First Draft: October 2002 This Draft: November 2005 Abstract In this paper we show that in the aftermath of a crisis, a government that changes the nominal interest rate in response to currency depreciation can induce aggregate instability in the economy by generating self-fulfilling endogenous cycles. In particular if a government raises the interest rate proportionally more than an increase in currency depreciation then it induces self-fulfilling cyclical equilibria that are able to replicate some of the empirical regularities of emerging market crises. We construct an equilibrium characterized by the self-validation of people’s expectations about currency depreciation and by the following stylized facts of the “Sudden Stop” phenomenon: a decline...
