In the NCA Credo for Ethical Communication guideline number three explains the value of striving to understand and respect other communicators before evaluating and responding to their message is a great guideline. This guideline tells me as an audience member I must try my best to understand someone’s speech before making any comments on it. In my life I listen to other presentation and try my best to gain an understanding of the there work. In high school when a classmate would do presentations I did my best to listen attentively before I gave them respond. Learning this habit will would help everybody become more open minded member of an audience. When being in the audience it is our job to listen to the presenter’s point of view and understand
