Company Procedures
In order to entertain, engage and inspire our guests we must be knowledgeable on our guest services standards. Entertain our guests by promoting our different properties and amenities. Be able to recommend different activities within our affiliated properties for our guests to partake in. Engaging with our guests means greeting the guest with a smile and maintaining eye contact, this will make our guest feel appreciated. Address guest by their last names, this will personalize their experience with our company. Ask guests questions frequently to anticipate their needs and offer additional services. Last, inspire our guests by offering your sincere gratitude by offering departing remarks and an invitation to visit us again soon.
General Information for New Hires
As an employee of MGM Resorts International we never want you to stop pushing yourself to strive to be better. We offer various learning and development programs to help you reach your career goals. No matter what your goals and aspirations are, there is always an outlet within MGM Resorts International that will be able to help you reach that. If you have any questions please feel free to visit our human resources office located next to the employee entrance of our corporate building. The human resources office is open Monday thru Friday from 9:00AM-5:00PM.

I have selected to communicate this memo with my company’s new hires through a two different channels which are a written document and an electronic email. A written document within an employee handbook that they will be able to keep and reference anytime they may need.
