The New York Fashion week, the major league of style
Last week the New York fashion week took place in the Lincoln center to joint all the people around what is going to be use next year. This is the most important fashion event around the world and the most powerful fashion designers have the opportunity to show their work fresh to the public avid of trends. There were lots of celebrities and important people around the fashion world to watch and judge the designers proposals for the spring of 2015.
The colors are, believe it or not, one of the most important key points of the week and here is the top list of the color trends for 2015.
First of all the lemon yellow popped up in the middle of the classic tones to shine. Bright like the sun this happy tone will color the day on next spring.
Then the ice blue made its entry with soft and fresh clothes. Almost all the designers include this color on their collections.
As always white couldn’t fail to be there. It will be the neutral color. You could tell white is almost in every collection. Ivory was the perfect tone this year.
Cherry red was one of the biggest surprises this season, the brilliant color appears in many collections, bringing life to them.
Last but not least important pink had to be present on the runway, this time with soft tones of light rose.
But not everything was perfect and as always some designers made their shows to be questioned, like Jeremy Scott and his pretty much psychedelic collection, who added the cherry on top including Miley Cyrus in the show.
Next week the fashion world will take place in London, bringing to us the European trends for next spring.

And again Miley Cyrus is desperately seeking for attention
Last Tuesday Miley had her concert in Monterrey, where fans even camped outside the stadium to be the first ones to go inside and be closer to her. But they

Interviewing Techniques for New Project

...for New I.T. Project  CEO – Yes, succession planning. Project Manager – How so? President & CEO – I experienced professional growth in the company, and I suspect that others would like to grow in that same manner. I would have liked a defined career path and the ability to track my progress for meeting the requirements. Knowing where the openings are and what skills it takes to fill the positions would have made it much easier to advance. Project Manager – I understand. It seems the system tracks the answers in performance reviews as well as the training courses each employee completes. President & CEO – Yes, exactly. Those records would be entered into the system by the employee. Each employee could see progress in the system and plot a course. I know everyone does not want to be the president of the company and are content in the current role, but those that want to grow will stay with the company instead of leaving to grow elsewhere. Project Manager – I appreciate your time. Is there anything else you would like to share? President & CEO – Yes. We have had great success with the financial integration, and I expect a full six months more of savings than was originally calculated due to the time savings in the automatic calculations. The people time saved with calculation speed in the system was near to six months less time required for reaching the return on the investment point. The automatic calculations make the time a bit more in savings. Project Manager...

Huntsville New Plant Project Agenda

...HUNTSVILLE NEW PLANT PROJECT AGENDA ESSAY As the Project manager I will be holding a status review meeting with the following topics in the agenda. Status reports, project schedule updates, identify possible solutions and risks, impact of risk to project objective, determine if any problems have been solved, and meeting minutes. Written communication would be through email and paper hard copies. Verbal communication would be utilized through face-to-face contact and via phone. Project managers need to take time to prepare for the meeting well in advance. The first thing on my list would be to send out a reminder email three days prior to meeting time and location along with a prepared agenda and outline of meeting topics to send via email to all team members. Ask all team members to bring their updates and concerns to meeting. Gather all paper work with special interest to this project and the latest updates and possible risks that have been identified. Prepare colored power point slides as visual aids for team members if possible. Visual aids help see the topics more clearly and keep the audience alert and provide more effective communication. It is also very important to start the project meeting on time. Team members need to become familiar with the start of meeting times and know that when they show late the project manager will not hold the meeting for them. As the meeting starts the project manager should make sure that everyone has an agenda...

New Testament Bible Dictionary Project

...Krystal Collier L27262620 BIBL104 July 1, 2015 New Testament Bible Dictionary Project: Matthew The origin of Mathew was accepted by the early church, it is the first of the four Gospels. Mathew is the author of this book. We know this to be true because Mathew was a tax collector before following Jesus. He speaks of money in forms that appear nowhere else and in ways only someone who dealt with money would speak. Mathew is written in the forms of miracles, he reports many miracles Jesus performed. Mathew is dated as early as AD 60, no later than AD 65. Mathew was intended for everyone but refers to Jewish practices and does not explain, this is taken to mean Jews were the intended audience. Mathew shows that Jesus is the realization of the predictions of the Old Testament. The book of Mathew begins by tracing the genealogical blood line of Jesus to the King of David and to Abraham, the father of all. Mathew gives us his eyewitness account of the coming of Jesus, His crucifixion and His resurrection. Jesus gave his predictions for the end of times when He would return to judge the nations. Barnabas Barnabas was a Levite form the island of Cyprus. He was a cousin of the evangelist Mark. Barnabas supported poorer members of the church by selling his field he acquired after relocating to Jerusalem. His traits gave him leadership and influence. He began a movement towards Christianity in Antioch, from there he sought out Paul at Tarsus. They became associates and started...

New Orleans Project

...The Case For New Orleans Cameron Michael Argosy University Dr. Matthew Kuofie Introduction If one could go back in time, it would be fairly easy to avoid any mistakes. The decisions could be made in hindsight which would then make them simple decisions. This could be the case for the city of New Orleans. The city probably should have probably never been built there in the first place. A large portion of the city is at, or below sea level and is very high risk for flooding. There are far too many people that live their now, and it is impossible to just pick the city up and move it. With science backing a future of rising sea levels, the risk of flooding in the area is only going to continue to rise. If New Orleans is not rebuilt, it would be a huge hit to the local economy and job market. The population would largely decline due to the risk of living there and the poor job market. This would cause a similar situation as the one currently happening in Detroit. The city would face bankruptcy and would be a liability for the entire nation. On the other hand, trying to rebuild New Orleans has many issues as well. Does it make sense to spend billions of dollars rebuilding a city that will probably face another hurricane sometime in the future? Science points to rising water levels which is very worrisome considering half of the city is already at or below sea level. Part A New Orleans Economics It is no secret that Hurricane Katrina had devastating effects...

Thinking of a New Project

...Audra Spellman Professor Denishia Harris Barringer, Felicity. "As Vandals Deface U.S. Parks, Some Point to Online Show-Offs." The New York Times. The New York Times Company, 04 June 2013. Web. 15 July 2013. Sociology 15 July 2013 Graffiti How does graffiti challenge the dominant notions of art? I chose to explore this topic because I wanted to show that there are many different thoughts as to what is beautiful or aesthetically pleasing to society. Art is defined as “the quality, production, expression, or realm, according to aesthetic principles, of what is beautiful, appealing, or of more than ordinary significance.”(Mifflin, 1997). What one may find a masterpiece another may feel it looks awful. Those are just people’s opinions. What are actually important are the talent, skill, and dedication that graffiti can display in it, despite what people think of it. There is a lot more to graffiti then the average “vandalism” that people portray it to be. “To the untrained eye, graffiti is the defacement of public property, the end product of street-yahoos making their names known to anybody who walks by. It is unfocused and sprawling, totally unlike the framed works hung in the gallery two streets across the business district, and it ungraciously demands its audience to acknowledge some unknown figure with a taste for omnipresence.”(Charlotte, 2009) In other words, Charlotte is saying that most people are very quick to judge graffiti. When they see it, it’s automatically...

Project a New House Decision

...CheckPoint Fiscal Policies What are fiscal policies? Fiscal policy is the means by which a government adjusts its levels of spending in order to monitor and influence a nation's economy. It is the sister strategy to monetary policy with which a central bank influences a nation's money supply. These two policies are used in various combinations in an effort to direct a country's economic goals. Here we take a look at how fiscal policy works, how it must be monitored and how its implementation may affect different people in an economy. How are fiscal policies implemented? The fiscal policy implemented in the United States The role of government in the American economy extends far beyond its activities as a regulator of specific industries. The government also manages the overall pace of economic activity, seeking to maintain high levels of employment and stable prices. It has two main tools for achieving these objectives: fiscal policy, through which it determines the appropriate level of taxes and spending; and monetary policy, through which it manages the supply of money. Fiscal policy is the use of government spending and taxation to influence the economy. Governments typically use fiscal policy to promote strong and sustainable growth and reduce poverty. The role and objectives of fiscal policy gained prominence during the recent global economic crisis, when governments stepped in to support financial systems, jump-start growth, and mitigate the impact of the crisis...

A New House Project Week 7

...A New House –Economy Elena Taylor-Bagger XECO/212 April 5, 2015 Terry Blankenship The strength of the economy as a whole can affect the marginal benefit and the marginal cost, which may have an effect on a person purchasing a home. The purchase of a house is one of the largest monetary purchases an individual can make in their lifetime. If the economy is low then real estate prices may go down to compensate accordingly so that the house will sale. This would be an opportune time to purchase. If the economy is high or strong then the prices are more competitive based on the amount of people that are willing to buy houses. “If measured marginal costs and benefits are provided, it is much easier to calculate the ideal price and quantity.” How does the removal of the tax deductions on mortgage interest affect the housing market? Removal of the tax deduction on mortgage interest affects the housing market by causing the demand for homes to decrease and therefore housing prices to fall even more. Today people that purchase houses count on being able to deduct the mortgage interest from their taxes the following year. People will buy houses up to late December in order to get this deduction. Having a tax deduction on purchasing a home is part of the incentive. If you can purchase a home and deduct the interest paid when you file your taxes, it works to your benefit. If the tax is removed then monthly payments are higher as well. How do other changes in government spending...

Tim and Funding

...Few memories as a failure on a major project from half a decade ago still vividly remains in memories. As a Research Assistant to Tim, it was my first paid job. Tim, an Engineer, worked in silos and had driver social style to his heart beat. He only communicated the expectations without delving in the details that he had in his mind. Even though the Office space was a closed knit space for 16 students, Tim seldom hung out with people to build personal relationships. He only interacted with others when there was a need. His lack of explanation on why the project was needed had left me wondering regarding purpose and design aspects of the new programming project. I struggled on how to effectively design the project and often sought help from other people, who recommended me that the project needed investment in new programming platform as old platform was incapable of achieving the project objectives. After making almost no progress on the project and wasting time in attempts to make old platform workable, I received a vehement email from Tim, stating that XYZ Inc. was deciding to scale back on funding, as no progress reports were submitted. I was shocked to learn that I was even expected to submit progress reports at the end of quarter on the undertaken project in which I had neither any clue nor communication. As an amiable person, I was too quick to reach an agreement with Tim on project deliverables. I had thought that I would be receiving friendly advice and guidance from...

...headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Target is looking to open up a new store in Madison, Alabama. They had consultants come in and look at the location; they selected a company in which they wanted to go with. Before the project began there are several things in which both the client and the consultant should cover before making an agreement to enter into a contract. The client and the consultant both should understand the risks of a project, the cost, rewards, and deadlines. There are three reasons for success or failure that could happen with the new project. One is the importance of the consultant competency and fit with the company needs. The consultant should be able to understand the company and what it does and its needs. It’s important In this case the consultant should ask themselves if this is something they are able to do. The second reason is the interpersonal fit between the consultant and the clients. The consultant should be able to speak with the client and feel they are going to be able to talk to them in regards to the business needs. Finally the last reason is if the consultant is able to establish ground rules for the consulting process.
