2.1 strengths(优势) 业界称诺基亚手机最大优势在于品牌和简单菜单,诺基亚在中国的品牌效应还是比较显著的,也拥有不少忠诚型顾客,NOKIA全球市场份额逼近40%。诺基亚手机由于性价比高,耐摔,而深得顾客的喜爱。以下为我总结的诺基亚企业的基本赢点:
2.1.1 以人为本的文化理念 以人为本的口号不仅体现了其文化理念,也体现了其人力资源管理理念。诺基亚公司特别注重对人的培养,通过各种渠道,创造优越条件,让员工去实现他们的个人价值,从而创造一种独特的企业文化,把广大员工凝聚到一起。 诺基亚很重视领导与管理之间的区别和平衡。领导是靠影响力,管理则是靠权力,影响力与权力是不一样的。诺基亚非常强调怎么去影响别人,而不是靠权力来管理人。诺基亚的部门与部门之间、经理与员工之间,从没有谁有权力说:你应该怎么做!而是在员工做出决定前,影响他去做出好的选择。
2.1.2 快速的市场反应 1) 市场信息反馈快。 2) 决策和新品推出速度快。 3) 应对突发事件快。
2.1.3 高效的供应商管理 在供应商的选择上,诺基亚是挑剔的,诺基亚的供应商必须是本领域的佼佼者。 依照全球通用的程序和标准,诺基亚对供应商的评估、审核和认可范围包括品质管理、生产运作管理、供应链管理、产品开发设计过程、产品责任、厂房设施、环境管理和风险管理等多个方面。遍布全球的每一家诺基亚手机生产基地都采用诺基亚全球采购系统,由全球性的机构CQTM(元器件质量与技术管理组织)对供应商发展及其物料质量进行统一管理。

2.2 weaknesses(劣势) 低迷的宏观经济环境,全球手机销量下滑已经成为定势,2008年底诺基亚宣布退出日本市场,这一消息着实令世人震惊,为何诺基亚如此一个手机企业巨头在日本遭遇如此挫折,综合考虑,原因有以下几点: 1.机型:诺基亚的所有机型中,直板式占主导,折叠式只占一部分,而日本人喜欢使用折叠式的手机,因为折叠式手机往往能够保证有更大尺寸的屏幕,而这对习惯于用手机上网,玩游戏和收发邮件的 日本人来说是十分必要的。 2.颜色:诺基亚颜色相对单调。外观上,日本手机颜色鲜艳亮丽,样式元素丰富,烤漆精致,而且配合季节和流行研发不同色系的外壳。 3. 智能化:诺基亚的智能化并不够完善,如今在我国流行的百万像素手机在日本早已普遍实现,此外,大尺寸高分辨率屏幕,3D立体java游戏,多媒体影音播放的高流畅度,音质极佳的环绕音效喇叭等都是日本手机的明显特征。
