ANALYSIS 1 My Analysis of sales per Country
I have included charts that show total sales per country ranging from the years 2004-06 these charts show the following, Strong business sales, Probationary sales and Low sales. I have concluded in my analysis that there are some countries that are stronger, some that either need new guidance in sales and some that do not generate enough for the company in sales.

ANALYSIS 1-Salesperson Performance Analysis Analysis: Based on the data provided, your sales team performed better in all four quarters of 2005 than they did in in the last two quarters of 2004, and the first two quarters of 2006. The decrease in revenue could be a result of many different things. Your sales team is currently divided into two groups. The one’s that made the largest revenue for the company in 2005 did not perform as well in the first two quarters of 2006. However, there were a couple of sales persons that out performed in the 2006 quarters for the prospective quarters of 2005. In its entirety your sales team is still producing more revenue for the company in the first two quarters of 2006 than they have combined as a team did in the last two quarters of 2006. ANALYSIS 1 Category Performance Analysis Analysis This analysis compared each category based on the final selling price of the product within the category. The final price was determined by multiplying the selling price by the quantity and subtracting the discount given. This method uses the net dollars gained by sales whereas using the non-discounted price or quantities sold would give a false reading as to the revenue gained. Graphic Recommendation While this analysis provides an insight as to the category performance over the past few years, it provides an easy to understand overview of how the categories are performing in comparison to each other. Given the low volume of sales in the produce and condiments categories, it is my recommendation that inventory levels be reduces and the monies saved be applied inventory for the dairy and beverages categories. ANALYSIS 1: Change of Unit Purchase Price Effecting Sales Analysis When sorting through the data provided by date then by product, you can notice that over time the unit purchase price per unit increases; this is easier to see if you select the product tab on the table and select one product at a time to view. I then continued to sort by product, date and then unit price. You can then easily see the cut off for when the price changes and see how it affects the quantity of the product purchased. If you sum up the quantity purchased for the 8 months Alice is $31.20, for example, and compare it to the quantity sum of 8 months the price is increased to $39.00, you can see that more of the product was purchased while the price was lowered by 29 units, but with the price of $39.00 per unit in later months, there was a higher profit of around $1,500 making the $39...
