Foundations of individual behavior
An organization is a place where the group of people play vital role in to accomplish an ordinary ambition, as a team, combining individual prospects. Their behavior as an individual and collective always reffect in an organization. Organizational behavior is referred as a field of study that investigates the impact that individuals groups, and structure has on behavior within organizations, for the purpose of applying such knowledge toward improving an organizations, for the purpose of applying such knowledge toward improving an organization`s effectiveness.
`You can teach smart people anything` are the words spoken by Microsoft founder Bill Gates who believes that the IQ score of an individual is more important than the experience he got, especially when he or she is applying for a job. It is true tha the greatest asset of any successful company is the combined intelligence of the workforce working for it. A company never hires an individual just because there is a vacancy place that needs to be filled, or the applier is highly experienced and intelligent. The fact is that the company hires an employee to who its see as a navigator, who will follow to the path of success. Thus, it is important to draw an attention to the intelligence of an individual rather than just hire him on the basis of his experience.
In any work environment, there are various types of people who differ from each to another on the base of skin color, height, gender , age or may be nationality. Their characteristics affect the work environment and of course that affects theirs own performance s and satisfaction theless, even the people are different the most common thing among them is their `intelligence`, which is innate in each individual and the way of reflecting is like chalk and cheese. Someone may be intelligent thinker or motivating though some can be artistically intelligent. Sum up to all, considering the abilities of the work force, it is the duty if management to shape their workforce , or combine those all abilities and use them as an intelligence. Consequently the company and employer both will achieve a success, both, as one individually
An ability is a capacity of an individual based on his or her intelligence what is he capable of. It is made up any two sets: intellectual and physical
Intellectual abilities: are those abilities that require brain to exercise memories and perform. One of the features of intellectual ability is a memory, where the employer must be capable of preserve remember the experiences e.g , sales person must be capable of remembering the names of customers names. The other example can be of an architect who must have `spatial visualization`- an ability of imaging the object to which he is going to design and implement that image in listeners mind. Intellectual ability does always bring.

I believe the growth is reasonable as technology becomes more evolved, starting at 2,300 to four billion in over a 40 year difference. The growth seems surprisingly fast because in just half that time 42 million was reached. I think in the next 10-15 years, 100 billion would be able to fit on a single chip. Or even sooner because nowadays there are more sources and the growth of technology can only become more hi-tech and advanced where even reaching a transistor count of one trillion can be reached within the next 20 years I...

...Professors of Filipino breaking bad over CHED memo By MARK ANGELES June 14, 2014 12:32pm   (Updated 12:39 p.m., June 15, 2014) College professors who teach Filipino and supporters of the Filipino language in general are contesting a Commission on Higher Education (CHED) memorandum that will remove the teaching of Filipino from the General Education Curriculum (GEC). According to the CHED Memorandum (CMO) No. 20, series of 2013, Filipino will no longer be part of the GEC by 2016 and the teaching of Filipino at the college level will be limited to Filipino majors and Education in Filipino majors. The CHED justified its removal of college-level Filipino by saying that the subject would be covered in Grades 11 and 12 under the new K-12 curriculum. “Hangga't maari, pagdating mo sa college, mga major subjects na lang,” explained CHED Executive Director Julito Vitriolo. The National Commission for Culture and the Arts' National Committee on Language and Translation (NCCA-NCLT), however, believes otherwise. Last May 23, its members unanimously signed a resolution asking the GEC be revised again, but this time to include nine mandatory units of Filipino for all courses at the tertiary level. The Pambansang Samahan sa Linggwistika at Literaturang Filipino, Ink. (PSLLF), an organization that promotes the use of Filipino, has thrown its support behind the NCCA-NCLT resolution by promoting a change.org petition which asks the CHED and Congress to include the nine Filipino units...

...Cash-Less Policy Experts believe the cash-less Policy would curb corruption but may increase price level in the short – term By Goke Awoyemi The Managing Director of Financial Derivatives Company Limited, Mr. Bismark Rewane, has said that the cash-less policy the central Bank of Nigeria will increase price level in the short term. The policy commenced in Lagos last month. There has been debate by different observers of Nigeria’s financial system over the effects the cash-less policy and fuel subsidy removal will have on inflation. While some observers have argued that inflation rate will shoot up to an average of 20 per cent in 2012, others have said the rise in inflation rate will only exist in the short term. Rewane said in a report entitled, “Fuel Subsidy Saga,” delivered at the Lagos Business School, that one of the macro-economic effects of the cash-less policy is that price level would increase in the short-run, adding that, “inflation could average 12 to 14 per cent in 2012 due to subsidy impact.” He said, “Short-run effect is that money supply will decline by 50 per cent to N2.5tn and broad money supply (M2) will increase to N18.5tn. Velocity of circulation will increase due to transaction settlement speed. Bank float levels will reduce correspondingly.” Rewane pointed out that some global issues would affect Nigeria, saying that, “African currencies including the naira will come under increasing pressure. The recession will reduce aid and Diaspora...

...many different things, whether that’s movie productions, paintings/drawings, music productions, theatre performances, etc. “Tolstoy does not define art in terms of its ability to express form and beauty, but instead defines art in terms of its ability to communicate concepts of morality. For Tolstoy, aesthetic values are defined by moral values” (Tolstoy, Para. 1). Popular things that are considered to be art are usually paintings, moldings, etc., but there are plenty of other categories that is art. Art must have five attributes that all go hand in hand. Art must be beautiful, meaningful, flow, easily accessible, and requires talent. The R&B Soul Music category may not seem as art to some; but it in fact is art. Examples Of Discrimination In To Kill A Mockingbird

...other human beings of another race, or feel as if they are upholding pride within their race and therefore fulfilling some duty. "He’s nothin’ but a nigger-lover!”(9. 110). Atticus is assaulted of defending a colored man because he was appointed by the judge but he would accepted anyway. He took the case because he thought that the town might need to see that racism is not the code of life, and another reason is he wouldn’t be able to hold up his head in town and command Jem and Scout as to what they can or can’t do. Some people argue that you shouldn’t communicate with others that are not the same class as you considering that they are different. For example, when Rose of sharon tells ma that she and Connie plan on finding their own house, and Connie was going to study overnight and find a job with good pay, Ma gets upset and won’t allow it. Tupac Keep Ya Head Analysis Essay

...you, you ain't nothin', don't believe him, And if he can't learn to love you, you should leave him” The second verse talks about mothers and the sacrifices they make so their children can have a better life than them. Tupac raps, “And I realize momma really paid the price|She nearly gave her life, to raise me right.” Tupac only now realizes the sacrifices she made so that he might have a chance to have life that was better her own. Tupac raps about how despite all the sacrifices that his mom may make, the society he lives in puts him down, and doesn't let him grow. He says things like, “I'm tryin' to make a dollar out of fifteen cents” and “We ain't meant to survive, 'cause it's a setup.” Essentially, what he is trying to say with this verse is that people shouldn't blame bad things that happen on their mother, because the way that the society has treated blacks puts them in a bad position, and they have to try and “make a dollar out of fifteen cents.” The third and final verse is about how a lot of women have to have babies on their own, without support from some sort of father figure. Tupac says, I know it's kinda rough and you're feelin' all alone, Daddy's long gone and he left you by ya lonesome. He understands that its hard, and that life is difficult for these mothers. At the same time, Shakur understands that there is a lot of pain in being raising a child without a father, as well as how hard it is for the child. For example, He says 'Cause ain't nothin' worse than when...

Prejudice In To Kill A Mockingbird

...After being battered by Atticus’s rapid fire questions, the exasperated Mayella cries, “I got somethin‘ to say an’ then I ain’t gonna say no more. That nigger yonder took advantage of me an‘ if you fine fancy gentlemen don’t wanta do nothin’ about it then you’re all yellow stinkin‘ cowards, stinkin’ cowards, the lot of you. Your fancy airs don’t come to nothin‘—your ma’amin’ and Miss Mayellerin‘ don’t come to nothin’”(Lee). The premise of the trial was to establish if Tom was guilty or not when Mayella unfairly accused Tom of raping her. In reality, Tom was just a innocent bird who was trying to survive without harming anyone. When Mayella’s father saw that a negro was near his daughter, he angrily chased him away. He then proceeded to beat Mayella, and presumably even sexually assaulted her. If this matter was ever released to the public, her family would be the laughingstocks of the whole county, and she would have to face her father’s wrath. The only way to escape this would be to blame Tom of rape and save her selfish self. But as Atticus was clearly showing...

I Adore Life

...The leaves are turning brown again. Cool and brisk, the wind blows up the torn sweater the old man wears. Visibly shaking and uncertain of his surroundings, he’s a husk of his former self. His eyes dilate, his face is melting. Literally melting. He collapses into a small dirty heap, his eyes shut and a final breath escapes his lips. A young boy walks by and asks for money, he too broke and dirty. Another shows up and prods his silent corpse. This is where our story begins. Set in Detroit, MI during the great recession, it’s a story based on the collapse of the withering economic catastrophe known as the Automotive Industry. I would like to ask for a possibility to build a film around the concept of the desolation felt in that town and of this place. But with only $500 in hand and an old VHS video recorder, there’s only so much I can create with these limited resources. It’ll be set in front of a Party Plus Market Off of Wyoming St, an area of town notorious for its high and violent crime rate. Its daring for sure, but I wish to capture the true feeling of a desperate environment in one of the most violent and crime riddled cities in America. If there’s a chance to negotiate an advance of at least $1000 to put towards filming expenses, it’d be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time. EXT. LIQUOR STORE: It’s dark outside. Street lights dimly glow on the entrance of a local liquor store. An old man in tattered clothes and a Walmart welcome vest is seen...
