Step 1: Day 1 Day 2
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 sausages, and tea with 2 teaspoons of sugar.
Snack: 1 apple and 1 water bottle.
Lunch: Fried shrimp, salad, and bottle of water.
Dinner: French fries, burger, and pickles. 2 glasses of apple juice.

Breakfast: Special K cereal with low fat blueberry yogurt, and tea with 2 spoons of sugar.
Lunch: Turkey with tomatoes on 2 slices of whole wheat bread and 1 cup of peach bubble tea.
Snack: Plum, apple, grapes and 1 glass of water.
Dinner: Brown rice with chicken, mushrooms, 2 pieces of white bread, and 2 glasses of water.

I would pick day two to analyze for nutritional content.

Step 2:
On day 2 for breakfast I ate 1 cup Special K cereal with 1 cup of low fat blueberry yogurt. My liquid intake for breakfast was 1 large cup of gray tea with 2 teaspoons of sugar. For lunch I had a cream cheese with tomatoes on a whole wheat bagel with 1 large cup of peach bubble tea. As a snack I had a plum, apple, grapes and 1 glass of water. For dinner, I had 1 cup of brown rice with 2 chicken breasts and 2 glasses of water.
I choose a 2000 calorie level of food plan. According to the chart, for grains the daily recommendation is 6 ounces and the minimum is 3 ounces of grains a day. For breakfast
I had 1 cup of cereal which is equivalent to 1 ounce of grains. I had 1 cup of of low fat blueberry yogurt which is equivalent to 8 fluid ounce carton, and the daily recommendation is to have 3 cups of dairy. For launch I had 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 1 slice is equivalent to 1 oz , so 2 slices equals 2 ounces of grain. I had 4 pieces of turkey slices which are equivalent to 2 ounces of protein. I had 4 pieces of tomato which is equivalent to ½ cup of vegetables, and daily recommendation for vegetables is 2 ½ cups. In between lunch and dinner I had a snack for my daily fruits intake. I had 1 plum which is equivalent to ½ of cup because 2 plums equals 1 cup of fruit, 1 small apple which is equivalent to 1 cup fruit, and 1 hand full of grapes equivalent to 1 ½ cups fruit. The daily recommendation for fruits is 2 cups. For dinner, I had 1 cup of rice which is equivalent to 2 ounce of grains because ½ cup is 1 ounce,as well as 2 pieces of white bread equivalent to 2 ounces, 2 chicken breast equivalent to 6 ounces of protein foods where 1 piece of chicken breast is 3 ounces, and 1 cup of mushrooms equivalent to 1 cup of vegetables.

Step 3: I did not have enough enough dairy today, the daily recommendation is 3 cups, so instead of eating one extra full cup of fruits during my snack I will replace it with a large frozen yogurt that is made with milk which would count as 1 extra cup of daily dairy intake, and I would eat it at lunch. I am still missing one cup of dairy product for the day, so I would add on another yogurt to my cereal in the morning for breakfast to reach the goal of having 3 cups of dairy in one day. I also did not have enough vegetables and vegetables should make up greater than ¼ of the plate, and the daily intake should be 2 ¼ cups. I would replace one of the chicken breasts at dinner with 1 cup of baby carrots because I went over protein that is recommended daily.

...NUTRITION PROJECT I think my diet is very interesting and shows both sides of how I can eat. As you can see, three of my entries show how much salt, fat and calories I can consume along with not drinking enough water. There is also an entry I added to show my current eating habit which is optimal. I just purchased an elliptical/treadmill and started working out for at least an hour a day with my heart rate up and sweating. When I start working out, I am conscious of what I eat.
