I chose coffee or caffeine as my topic for my paper. There are a lot of people that drinks caffeine early in the morning and late at night especially when they are working night shift. They also have caffeine in certain things we eat and drink like in co cola, red bull, and tea and also in anything with chocolate in it. I know for sure caffeine is not considered healthy and in our diet plan, but we still must have it some days. I have look for information about if caffeine can cause cancer in your health conditions and it says it can cause cancer. I know that if you drink a lot of caffeine it can cause you to have heart conditions and any kind of other genetic problems. A variety of studies published in peer-reviewed scientific journals report different conclusions about the risks and benefits of coffee. In order for the public to understand and use these outcomes to its advantage, a close look at the scientific process and the factors that surround coffee drinking is necessary. It’s not new, because scientific studies report that drinking coffee may cause pancreatic cancer and linked to infertility and low birth weight in new born babies. Not all explanations will be scientific hypothesis with a clear scientific hypothesis in hand, coffee improves memory. Well, when I was younger, I can hear my grandmother says that we all were born with cancer cells in our body and drinking her coffee everyday will not change her, because she will continue to drink her coffee until the day she die.

Fitness and Nutritional

...Fitness and Nutritional Habits Regina Cruz Paradigms of Health August 20, 2013 Dr. Roland Villareal Fitness and nutrition go hand in hand. I believe this because no matter the amount of exercise anyone does, the positive effects are mainly from the food choices we make.
