Office Assistant is an awesome career for me I feel that the job description fit me perfectly which is typing, filing, socializing and help coworkers. Working as an office assistant my amount pay will be 32,846. Hourly rate for being an office assistant is $9.08 to $16.64. You have to be certified in order to obtain a job as an office assistant .You will need a high school diploma, training for advancement, specialization. It takes two months to obtain certifications. Office Assistant is an easy job it just you will have to know how to communicate with people all over. Office assistant is not a bad job everybody gets along very well so things do go smooth half of the time I love my job as an assistant. Also we can switch positions so we don’t have to stay in one place we work all over the building we work …show more content…
The career that I have chosen is best for me because I love being around people, and I love talking, but most of all I love helping people. Also why this career is best for me I love to meet new people all over the world, and I can switch my position at any time. Working as an office assistant is not as easy as it seem. Your typing skills have to be on point, and you have to have great communication skills when you are dealing with different types of people in the business world. Office assistant is a trade that anybody can do, all you have to know how to do is file alphabetical and neatly, so you will know how to type at a fast pace, and know how to deal with picking the phone up at any given time. You also have to know how to write down things at a fast pace, when you are in a meeting or in a group session.
