Processing of oil from plants or seeds needs high expertise and knowledge along with advanced technology. To process the oil from the source, a detailed and systematic is carried out.
The process includes a number of procedures from seed cleaning, dehulling, cracking, heating, expelling, filtering to refining. Cleaning of the seeds can be done with seed cleaners. These machines are designed to remove any kind of metal, stone, rot seeds and other impurities or extraneous materials before dehulling.
The stripped seeds then pressed to ensure more surface area. For crushing the seeds, mechanized grooved rollers and hammer mills crush can be used for ensuring proper material consistency. After this, the seeds are heated for the extraction of the oil. The heated seeds are fed constantly into a screw press that enhances the pressure gradually as they pass through a slotted barrel.
When the initial oil is recovered from the screw press, the remaining oil cake in the press is also processed using solvent extraction. Volatile hydrocarbon is commonly used to dissolve the oil out of oil cake that is recovered by distillation method. Different machines are used for solvent percolation through the matter that is occasionally dumped and replaced. We can produce all kinds of edible oil mill machinery, which includes peanut oil production line, soybean oil, cottonseed oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, rice bran oil and other kinds of edible oil production line.
The whole production line includes oil press machine, oil extraction (solvent) machine, oil refining equipment, palm oil fractionation equipment, sunflower oil dewaxing plant, decoloring process machine, deodorization process machine and other machine.
On the other hand, our factory developed ourselves, import many world advanced technology to strengthen our ability, service and ensure our customer's maximized profit.

Agriusiness Management

...them at a profit. Business concerns with buying and selling goods, manufacturing goods or providing services in order to earn profit. What is agribusiness : The word agriculture indicate plowing a field, planting seed, harvesting a crop, milking cows, or feeding livestock. Until recently, this was a fairly accurate picture. But to days’ agriculture is radically different. Agriculture has evolved in to agribusiness and has become a vast and complex system that reaches for beyond the farm to include all those who are involved in bringing food and fiber to consumers. Agribusiness include not only those that farm the land but also the people and firms that provide the inputs (for ex. Seed, chemicals, credit etc.), process the output (for ex. Milk, grain, meat etc.), manufacture the food products (for ex. icc cream, bread, breakfast cereals etc.), and transport and sell the food products to consumers (for ex. restaurants, supermarkets). Agribusiness system has undergone a rapid transformation as new industries have evolve and traditional farming operations have grown larger and more specialized. The transformation did not happen over night, but came slowly as a response to a variety of forces. Knowing something about how agribusiness came about makes...

China

...206-009-1 MICHAEL J. ENRIGHT CHINA’S EXPORTS: AN UNSTOPPABLE COMPETITOR? According to press reports, in early 2005, the US and Europe were being inundated with Chinese garment exports following the removal of quotas in January. In some categories, imports from China were several hundred per cent higher than in the previous year. In the US, politicians and trade unions blamed China for the loss of 380,000 jobs in the textile and garment industries since January 2001, a third of its employees. In Europe, garment and textile centres that had existed for hundreds of years found themselves under threat. In the developing world, country after country feared that China’s emergence would cripple its own garment and textile industries. Garments and textiles reflected a much wider trend. In one labour-intensive industry after another, the “China price” seemed impossible to match. China had become a dominant producer in garments, textiles, footwear, travel goods, leather goods, plastic products, bicycles, simple housewares, pens and pencils, cutlery, radios, phones, computers, DVD players, shipping containers, and many other products. In the US, China was viewed as a major reason for the loss of 2.7 million manufacturing jobs from 2001 to 2004.1 More than 300,000 were reported to have lost jobs in Mexico’s factories due to competition from China. China had supplanted Japan as the world’s third largest exporter in 2004 with US$593 billion (an 82% increase over two...

Bunge Limited

...plateau. Now, we need to go to the next round of change. We constantly need intellectual jolts to the company.’ (Alberto Weisser, CEO of Bunge Limited) In July 2002, Bunge, a global agribusiness and food company, announced that it would purchase Cereol, a global oilseed processor, based in France. The acquisition would transform Bunge, making it the world’s leading oilseed-processing company, and give it a more balanced geographic footprint, as well as access to new products, but would substantially increase the complexity of the company’s product lines, locations and personnel. Less than a year before, on 2 August 2001, Alberto Weisser, Bunge’s CEO, rang the opening bell on the New York Stock Exchange, as Bunge successfully went public after more than 180 years as a private company. The company had primary operations in North and South America and worldwide distribution capabilities. Bunge was the largest processor of soybeans in the Americas and among the world’s leading exporters of soybean products. It was the largest fertiliser producer and supplier to farmers in Latin America. It was also a leader in vegetable oil and wheat-based food products for food manufacturers, food service companies1 and consumers. Bunge’s net sales in 2001 were $11.5 billion (see Exhibits 1 and 2 for Bunge’s financials). Bunge had undergone a dramatic transformation over the past decade. The company was established in Europe in the early nineteenth century. As recently as the early 1990s, it had faced financial...

...Bangladesh garment exports boom despite disasters Published July 09, 2013 AFP * In this photograph taken on June 23, 2010, Bangladeshi women sew clothes in a garment factory in Ashulia. Output from Bangladesh's accident-prone garment sector has increased in June, with demand from foreign retailers still growing despite the country's factory disaster in April. (AFP/File) DHAKA (AFP) –  Output from Bangladesh's accident-prone garment sector increased in June, data showed Tuesday, with demand from foreign retailers still growing despite the country's factory disaster in April. At least 1,129 people were killed when the Rana Plaza factory complex collapsed outside the capital Dhaka in April, sparking demonstrations against Western brands and prompting some retailers to threaten to cancel orders. Government data released on Tuesday showed that the country's total exports -- 80 percent of which come from the garment sector -- soared by 16 percent year-on-year in June to $2.7 billion, following an increase of 15 percent in May. "The disasters didn't have much impact. They are scattered incidents," head of the government's Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) Shuvhashish Bose told AFP, referring to the Rana Plaza tragedy and other factory fires that have killed another 130 workers since November. Total exports from Bangladesh, the second-biggest clothing manufacturer in the world after China, grew by 11 percent to a record $27.02 billion in the 2012-13 financial year to June. ...
