My job is a receptionist ill the company. Reception practice is not simple, but also not too difficult as I thought. A receptionist is often the first business contact a person will meet at any organization. It is an expectation of most organizations that the receptionist maintains a calm, courteous and professional demeanor at all times regardless of the visitor’s behavior. Therefore, I think that receptionist is a very enjoyable and interesting job.
The first, the duty of a receptionist may include answering customers’ inquiries about the company and its products or services, sorting and handing out mails, a switchboard, setting appointments, filing, records keeping, keyboardius enhy and performing a variety of other office tasks, such as receiving, dữecting and relaying telephone messages and faxing messages, picking up and delivering the mail, opening and datiiis stamp all general correspondence, maintaining the general filing system and filing all correspondence, assisting ill the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
Sometimes, the receptionists may also perform bookkeeping or cashiering duties. Some, but not all, offices may expect the receptionist to serve coffee or tea to ajiests, and to keep lobbying area tidy.
Moreover, with tliis job, I could be better contacting with everybody. Consequently, so that giving satisfaction of fastidious customers, I must be patient and harmony. I have to sympatliize and listen to all requests from visitors. They are like, courteous, and polite so lily job is favor and safety. My mistake services were always been sympathized by them.
In summary, this is a job which requires neat appearance, °ood sense of humor and clear speaking voice. Especially, the receptionist must patiently investigate, has specific knowledge and be able to communicate well. Maybe this is reasons which make me to change my thoughts and bad habits. Hence, I loved this job; it save me a patient virtue, professionally working style.
I spent 5 weeks on training ill the “Donạ Hanh Viet” Travel Company. I went to the company 3 days a week. And my working time table is dependent on the working time table of the company.
Office time - 111 the morning: from7:30a.m to 11:30a.Ill
111 the afternoon: from 16:00p.m to 20:00p.m I would report my job and the problems of acquisition by myself as follows:
Week 1: From January 10th, 2011 to February 19th, 2011.
- The first day: On Tuesday, January 11th, 2011
I had an opportunity to meet with the head of guide department of Dons Haiih Viet Travel Company, the direct advisor, visiting around the company and socializing with eveiybođy ill the company and I read the documents about the company and some tom' information. Then I typed the documents and began my probation at the company. The most interested tilings I found out that there are many foreign customers like French, British, Australian and I tliiiik that is a wonderful opportunity for me to practice nry English and nry communication skills.
INTERNSHIP DIARY OF THE FIRST WEEK (10/01/2011-16/01/2011)

VALUABLE EXPERIENCES THAT I HAVE GOT IN MY PRATICUM

Through 8 weeks of training process at Thanh Tra Hotel, I got a lot valuable working experience and soft skills. In my opinion, these precious experiences will help me a lot for my work ill future. The following is some of experiences which I gained during this training course.
The first, the training coiuse brought to me the opportunity to use niy English knowledge through communicating with foreign customers and translating many tour documents. I recoajiized that my English is improved so much through practice. I learned a lot of vocabulary, information and knowledge in tourism as well as know how to use translation methods. The second, with the glides of Illy supervisor Mr. Nam and everybody in hotel I learned how to photocopy, receive and send faxes. I also had chance to practice doing something in the office such as delivering fliers, sticking and cutting paper. Although those look simple, they also gave us difficulties when facing to the real life. For example, I know how to deliver advertisements effectively while many people. Especially I also learned so many important skills ill dealing with customers and working with staffs. Moreover, ill spite of short time of training process, the internship course at the company makes me feel more confident and patient than before. As a receptionist at the company, I also learned some good characteristics like attentiveness, initiative, loyalty, maturity, respect for confidentiality and discretion, a positive attitude and independence.
In conclusion, after tliis practice, I feel grown-up with experience ill communication, skills to solve difficulties. These experiences, I always had written recorded carefiilly as “fluid of knowledge” by liiyself.

IV. SUGGESION
I think that the time for my internship course is so short. Eight weeks is too short for us to get enough experience in working and skills iin working environment. So I hope that the time for internship course should be longer. For the company, because translation is my major so I would like to be given more documents to translate. Besides, although the company has many tours, the company should open more interesting tours to meet customer’s demands.
Conclusion:
After about two months of training process at Thanh Tra Hotel, I finished my internship successfully with the whole-hearted help and careful guidance of my supervisor Ms. Lien To Trinh, the trains Slide Mr. Nguyen Q. Nam and all employees of Thanh Tra Hotel. Once again, I would like to thank Ms. Lien To Trinh for your guidance and Thanh Tra Hotel as well as all of officer staff for supporting and creating favorable condition for me to complete Illy trail lino process and this paper.

...Keyless It would be unwise to cite that our generation has an easy way of living because the reality is really far from it. I have come to realize that the greatest challenge this generation will face is overcoming the mistakes of the past generation. There are so many things to mention but I will discuss only one, the lack of innovation and imagination. They say that the lack of innovation and creative imagination causes the downfall of the country’s economy. Most people know that innovation and imagination are keys to having a better future. But why do our generation lack creative imagination and innovation? I believe it is due to the educational system we have. According to a survey, people would rather stay at home and use social networking websites than go outside and create something new. Yes, there are many inventions created by our generation such as the brand new software, the iOS 7; however, compared to another software created earlier, the iOS 7 is pretty lame because it just has the same features as those of the past software. Tony Blair once said, “Education now is a complete anathema to innovation; gone are the debates; gone is the virality of life.” He simply means that without a good and effective educational system, people would not be able to understand true intelligence and I agree to that. Our education system tells us that when students fail or get a low grade, they would not get a good future. However, the real meaning of education is to help......

...Changes in the fitness market that have affected the nutrition industry The fitness industry is constantly evolving. New products and equipment are being introduced as technology and research advances, which is encouraging consumers to exercise more and eat clean. These changes have persuaded consumers into purchasing these and using them. The industry is growing gradually and is helping to tackle obesity and those who are unfit and unhealthy. An NHS report states that “over the past 20 to 30 years, sport supplements have become increasingly popular among gym-goers, and not just a small number of serious athletes”. This shows us how far the industry has come and developed, as sport supplements are available to everyone wishing to use them. Changes such as free government schemed gym membership to those who are overweight and heavy advertising from fitness brands on new supplements and equipments have helped increase the market size. This has also helped affect markets such as the nutrition industry because those consumers who want to go gym will be looking to purchase supplements as a tool to lose weight and be more toned. Health and fitness is an important aspect of life. Consumers are always being encouraged to look after themselves and maintain a healthier lifestyle. This has increased the demand for consumers looking for nutritional products and goods.
