Generally eating food is one of the actions that everyone enjoys it. As a matter of fact, eating a prepared food like in restaurants has its particular joy. But, in my opinion, I like more making food myself at home and then doing relevant ceremonies before eating food because of below mentioned reasons.

First of all, one of the major points in eating food is, knowing about the ingredients. I mean that as fresh and as good quality material we use in food it would be more useful. For example, when I want to prepare rice at home, obviously I would use the best quality. Or making fried potatoes in good oil would be more delicious for me. So, being informed about the material of the food which you are making at home could be one of the advantages of my opinion.

Besides, we have to try to enjoy a work which we are doing. To put it simple, imagine you are going to prepare a food. So, in this case preparing all required materials during the process like buying the materials, cutting, boiling and so more would probably make you to enjoy. Finally, the most exciting moment is that you are going to wait to see the result. Thus, making food at home could have fun apart from what you are making.

At last, I would like to say that home-cooked food will be definitely much healthier than any outside food. Even if you get the food from any of the top-notch five star restaurant also, it cannot be healthier than home food.

In the conclusion, although sometimes eating in restaurants could not been neglected but by considering all above mentioned items having relax environment, fun during making food and knowing about the material of the food, I prefer to prepare and eat food at home rather than eating in
