1-leadership style in Google
My researches about Google leadership style. I find out that leaders using transformational leadership style and this is one of my own favorite styles. That's because the leaders increase the satisfaction and the moral between the employees. The leader that uses this type of leadership they motivate and they give intellectual simulation. Plus, they have taken in considerations the individuals as well. If we also take a look about the qualities of the transformational style when we see that this style encourages the workers or the employees to be more innovative and creative. By opening the channels of communication, That is less a stressful and more casual and this allows the ideas between the group members to be reach and understood more easily also, the transformational style It is helping and building trust among the employees and the leaders. 2- The affect of leadership style on group communication.
The transformational leadership style it has a big affect and the organization communication as will and the groups because, as I just mentioned this kind of leadership It is helping to build trust among the employees and the leader, and also between each one another, this kind of leadership it helps the employee and allow them to take the responsibility by making the decision for day by day activities that providing the employees with The sense of responsibility and also let the employees to think in creative way and this by providing the employees the time that they got the feeling of freedom and the ability to explores themselves. without having a great communication between the groups within Google and that by using this leadership style Google will never be able to achieve what they achieved already it is all about the opening channels I read in one of the researches about Google a saying that they use it say do not do something because someone told you to do so that show you how a great of communication and communication skills They have and how they use it in this organization 3- Source of power found in Google.
I did a lot of researches about the source of power that the use it in Google and I got my own conclusion for what kind of power they use it in Google and that's through the kind of leadership that the use it me First, identify the transformational leadership they use “transformational leaders are Leaders who Inspire followers to transcend their own self-interests and who are capable of having a profound and extraordinary effect on followers” and now we will find to do so that you will need a formal source of power and that is the rewards power and you will need the two personal source of power and that is the expert power and the referent power at the beginning the reward bowers it make the employees comply to your goals, because this going to produce a positive benefits on the employees themselves and as we know that Google choose his employees at the top in them field from here you going to find that everyone of Google employees It has enough experience, and special skills as well as knowledge that they can use this power when they need it. Finally, you will find this people with this kind of talent and knowledge that they have a lot of resources and personnel trait and they call it the referent power. 4- How this source of power affect group and organization communication.
I mentioned before that Google use a casual kind of communication and open channels, and if we looked for the source that they use you will find that all this source of powers combine are related to the employees satisfaction, and also you would come to a conclusion that this kind of power. It is affect the organization communication positively and also helping was enhancing the innovation and the creativity in the employees and this would provide I great environment for a great communication within Google groups.
If we take a look at each one of this power sources and analyze the relationship between this power and the communication within the organization would find first, the reward power this kind of power we make every one of the employee trying to get the best rewards. He can get and for anyone of the employees to do that he will has to have a great communication with the other employee that he can always reach the best result that he will deserve the reward for it. Second, when any of the Google employees get hired the higher him because his special skills and his knowledge and with the level of the job satisfactions that the employees have they will need to keep an open channels with each other to enhance this knowledge, and the skills. Finally when it comes to referent power, you would find that Google as any other organization the looking to make profits and with the employees station resources and the personal traits They can increase the sales for the commercial within Google, and also increases the number of the visitors for them Pages and to do so, you would need within communication was everyone in the organization that you can't reach your goal 5- Google culture As I said in my first research Google as an organization using two strong organizational cultures. The first is that innovation and risk taking. The second is people orientation using the risk-taking culture. In their jobs that's encourage them to work together to achieve the organization goals and that's preventing from compete agonist one another, the people orientation culture. This culture takes into consideration the effect of the outcomes on people within the organization and this encourages the employee to give everything. They have to the organization when the company considering when making decision what is good and what is bad for its employees. The employees also work harder and making sure that the organization stays at the top and that's also gives them the feeling of the stability.

6-The motivational theory that would be effective within that culture.
We are having a lot of motivational theories that it can suits with Google culture, but from my study and my researches about Google. I thought about the fourth motivation theory from the early theories of motivation and that's is McClelland’s theory of needs and that's why the McClelland’s theory it works and focus on three needs that not just the employees or workers needs, but I believe every human need it. The first eight it's need for achievements and this is what can drive the employees to excel in their jobs. The second needs. It's they need for power and this kind of need. It makes other behave like the never did before the third needs. It's need for affiliation and is about the desire for a friendly interpersonal relation, and if we look to this three needs. We will find that any employee is getting get motivated because they would find everything when it especially that Google also offer a great salary was a great benefits this also can go with the hierarchy of need from the motivation early theories because Google look for the whole five elements of this theory as well. And that physiological, safety, social, esteem and self-actualization.
If we looked at Google culture that you would find his employees. The go to work casual and by this the taking care of the body needs, and also Google taking care of his employees emotion and physical by having to go to games, playing, exercising of the group and the also socialize together and a big happy family, you would find the self-respect and the status and attention that can built the self-esteem and, and also there is the self fulfillment by saying drive to become what we are capable of becoming and this giving a big Bush for the employees. 7- Evaluation of the role of communication as an element of this theory.
To get this motivational theories to be effective, and in a place you would find that the kind of communication that they have in this organization. It's belaying a big role and an important role for this theories and that's because, with great communication. The whole employees can enhance this kind of relation and being capable to be effective within a place for this organization 8- Describe the commitment of the workforce to Google.
There's a three separate they mention to any organizational commitment, and I believe that Google using the first two commitment and this are the effective commitment and that's based and the emotional attachments to the organization and it’s believe, and values and all of Google employees. They believe in the value for them organization. The second one is the continuance commitment and that's based on the economic value of remaining with this organization and that's because Google offering a very good salary and benefits and anyone of them employees. He was think twice before thinking to wait because that might hurt them family if they did.
10- Relationship between the commitment and the communication.
As I said in the commitment to the organization, you will find that to build and emotion for an organization, that's mean that you also have a good communication was in this organization that's allowed you to get to know this organization to build this kind of motion because if you having a lack in the communication, you would always how the wall between you and what's going on in your organization and you will never reach this kind of effective commitment and also to keep your job and be able to perform the best you can, you would need a great communication channels that can help you to do that.
