In this I will describe the law with respect to misrepresentation
Misrepresentation
Misrepresentation is an idea in the contract law of England which talks about false statement of fact made by one party to another party .For example it could be a false statements or promises made by Vodafone regarding the quality or the provenance of a product.
Fraudulent misrepresentation
Fraudulent misrepresentation is basically the opposite of innocent misrepresentation, as it means that Vodafone not only lied or misrepresented something about a transaction, but that Vodafone did it on purpose, in order to trick the other party which is most of the time the consumers . Therefore, it is the most serious of all the types of misrepresentation and has the worst consequences. A perfect example is if Vodafone decide to sell someone a phone for £100 telling customers that it is fully functional, when the individual selling the product clearly knows that it is actually totally broken. The buyer, who is an international business man who constantly has to make international phone calls for the company that his working for, now cannot perform his job, and is fired. Because of the fact he received a phone that was not working; the British court can require Vodafone to pay back the Business man for the loss of his job.

An innocent misrepresentation
Is when a representation or a statement that is made in good faith and believed to be true by the one making it (Vodafone) but that is in fact false .It’s possible for employees to make mistake during the process of a contract transaction. One of the examples is that Vodafone may not inform the consumer concerning the terms of payment and the exact amount of money that the consumer will see be substrate from his bank account every month from his bank account, which is clearly something that the company should be, communicated with customers. But has it is an innocent misrepresentation it can easily be fixing, by making a phone call to the individual and explain the procedure and the payment works within the organisation. However as it something that is been done accidently consumers cannot be taking suit the company, unless they have clear evidence that it was not done accidently.

Negligent misrepresentation
Negligent misrepresentation is a concept that is used in contract laws. The case of negligent misrepresentation, If that the company makes a statement without any grounds for knowing whether it is true or not, and an aspect of carelessness is involved. For example if Vodafone are providing a phone box without a charger in it, without actually make sure that a charge is in it .It will then be consider of being negligent misrepresentation as the seller is unaware of the full content of the product being sold .Another example could be the delivery services, Vodafone often ensure that mobile being shipped will be receiving within 7 days without actually knowing if the product will be receiving within the deadline mention .So if the product don’t make it on time it then define that there is a negligent misrepresentation that took place.

...ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY P2, P3 4/27/2015 Khadra Ali | P1 – Outline the functions of the main cell components The human body is made up of millions of tiny cells that can only be seen under a microscope, cell also vary in shape and size. Cells are the basic structural of all living things. The human body is poised of trillions of cells. They give structure for the body, take in nutrients from food, convert those nutrients into energy, and carry out specialized functions. Cells also contain the body’s hereditary material and can make copies of them. Cells all have different sizes, shapes, and jobs to do. Each cell has a different function. The actual definition of cells is the smallest structural unit of the body that is capable of independent functioning, it consisting of one or more nuclei; it has a cytoplasm, and various organelles which are all surrounded by a cell membrane. There are four main parts to a cell; Plasma/Cell membrane, Cytoplasm, Nucleus and Cell Organelles. Plasma/Cell membrane: The plasma/cell membrane is a phospho-lipid-protein bi-layer; the lipids are small fatty molecules in two layers (bi-layer) with larger protein molecules inserted at intervals partly or completely through the bi-layer. The lipid molecules are phospholipids, the two lipid chains are insoluble in water and the phosphate head is water soluble. The fluid which surrounds the cells and the cytoplasm are watery environments next to the phosphate heads. Protein molecules create......

...Unit 5 – P3 By Jess Ross Respiratory system The respiratory system is made up of organs that help the body to breathe that is its main function. The lungs are the main organs of the respiratory system. In the lungs oxygen is taken into the body and carbon dioxide is breathed out. The red blood cells are responsible for picking up the oxygen in the lungs and carrying the oxygen to all the body cells that need it. The red blood cells drop off the oxygen to the body cells, then pick up the carbon dioxide which is a waste gas product produced by our cells. The red blood cells transport the carbon dioxide back to the lungs and we breathe it out when we exhale. Renal system The renal system (also known as the urinary system) consists of the kidneys, urethras, urinary bladder, and urethra. The kidneys filter the blood to remove wastes and produce urine. The urethras, urinary bladder, and urethra together form the urinary tract, which acts as a plumbing system to drain urine from the kidneys, store it, and then release it during urination. Besides filtering and eliminating wastes from the body, the urinary system also maintains the homeostasis of water, ions, pH, blood pressure, calcium and red blood cells. Within the system renal veins take blood from the kidneys straight into the vena cava, the main within the body. Nervous system The nervous system comprises the central nervous system (the brain and spinal cord) and the peripheral nervous system, the nerves......

...CHAPTER 15 Problem 1 Willow Brook National Bank operates a drive-up teller window that allows customers to complete bank transactions without getting out of their cars. On weekday mornings, arrivals to the drive-up teller window occur at random, with an arrival rate of 24 customers per hour or 0.4 customers per minute. a) What is the mean or expected number of customers that will arrive in a five-minute period? The expected number is of 0.4*5 = 2 customer is a five-minute period. b) Assume that the Poisson probability distribution can be used to describe the arrival process. Use the arrival rate in part (a) and compute the probabilities that exactly 0, 1, 2, and 3 customers will arrive during a five-minute period. The probabilities of the described scenarios are as follows: P0=20e-20! P0=0.135335283 P1=21e-21! P1=0.270670566 P2=22e-22! P2=0.270670566 P3=23e-23! P3=0.180447044 c) Delays are expected if more than three customers arrive during any five-minute period. What is the probability that delays will occur? This probability can be expressed as the probability of more than 3 customers arriving during the five-minute period, which can be computed as following: P(x > 3) = 1 – P(x ≤ 3) P (x > 3) = 1 – 0.85712346 P(x > 3) = 0.14287654 Thus, there is a 14, 29% probability of expected delays in five-minute period. Problem 3 Use the single-server drive-up bank teller operation referred to in Problems 1 and 2 to determine the......
