I am writing on behalf of Erika Flores regarding on receiving the Panera Bread Share and Dough Scholarship. I personally have never taken a class with Erika as she is a Communications major while I’m in Engineering, but I have seen different qualities of her that is outstanding by itself. I have known Erika for about 3 years now, and throughout the time I’ve spent with her, I got to know her in both a professional and personal level.
Erika has four years of experience as a Senior Associate Trainer at Panera Bread and has always been dedicated in her goals and passions.
