Per Reporter: Paulena lives with her grandmother (Sharon). Allison received a consultation for Paulena 9/11/17 (date of delivery) due to her testing positive for meth via UDS. The baby’s UDS was negative; however, the meconium test returned positive for marijuana. There were no birth defects known with the baby. It is unknown if Paulena received prenatal care. Allison discussed the allegations with Paulena. Paulena denied any illegal drug usage; she stated that she didn’t known how the UDS could be positive. Paulena was made aware that if the baby’s meconium test returned positive that a report would be submitted to CPS.
