I’m Kylee Reid, and I’ve been through a lot. People have been through a lot worse than me, but I still believe I have it a bit tougher than others when it comes to family and money. My mother and Dustin, my biological father, haven’t seen each other in a long time. Dustin cheated on her and my mom left him once she found out his other girlfriend was having a baby. Leaving Oklahoma as a single woman with both her children was hard. For most of my childhood, I haven’t had the “perfect” dad. There was one that stole our TV and one that went to prison for 27 years. My mom has been eat her single or in a toxic relationship. Every time she left that relationship, we moved. I am not calling her a bad mother, I am calling her a hard working one.
