The sound of a poetic, jingling bell reverberated throughout Wallflower’s Cafe as Mai Hamilton came in. She looked for an empty table to sit at, with her diary in hand, and her face blushed at some of the people who stared at her curiously. Finally, she found a table in a secluded area and didn’t hesitate to take it.

She took a menu out of a small box, browsing through on what they had. Mai bit her nails out of habit when she couldn’t decide on something. She was debating whether she should get a mango smoothie or an iced vanilla latte for her drink? As for food, she knew for a fact that she was getting a cheese danish, they were quite famous for having that delicious quality.
