Personal Narrative: Monica's Anxiety

Monica is an anxious 20-year-old college student who desires tranquility. However, this is difficult to achieve when she obtains a 4.0 GPA lives in an apartment alone and relies on herself to achieve all her necessary tasks.
If there is anything Monica could not stand it was being anxious nevertheless, all day every day she has anxiety. Moreover, she knows the stressful days has affected her because several gray hairs have scattered around her dark brown curls. Anxiety often becomes enhanced because of how independent she is; asking for assistance is difficult for her. Consequently, Monica’s anxiety ranges from miniscule matters to significant complications. She often sits in her apartment aimlessly thinking about everything that inversely triggers her anxiety. “Thank you for calling me, I was having severe anxiety due to everything that needs to be completed. I do not know what I would have done if you did not call.” She reveals. “I am ecstatic I can help. I would never want you to feel overwhelmed. What is first on the to-do list?” He responds. The two begin going through the list and brainstorming what should be done first to be time effective. After thorough examination, they decide to take the car to the auto-body shop. Afterwards, Monica would complete the tasks with Adam in his car.
Several hours later, every task is accomplished as Monica and Adam return to her apartment. Currently, they are sitting on the couch as Adam reflects on the day and exclaims, “today was long, but look at everything we completed.” Monica quickly responds, “thank you again for your aid, I really needed someone to calm me down and keep me accountable to complete everything.” “I am so happy I could help. No one should be stressed. When the day becomes too challenging please call me because I am here for you always,” Adam
