On August 09,2017 at approximately 15:46 pm I was conducting a girls wing check when nurse Bonnie Harkins ask if I could place Resident Nina Grassmick into her room then I went and direct Resident Nina Grassmick to her room to found out that her belongings were in a different room I went and open the next door room and saw that her belongings were there I ask Nina Grassmick to move her stuff back into her room, as we were moving her stuff Nick Trujillo was passing by and Nina Grassmick ask Mr. Trujillo if she could move to a different room he stated " Yes and I am going to move you to a room that has a toilet" Then she ask " Do you promise?"
