Current Leadership Competency and Vision Of Prospective Leader
Self-evaluation of my leadership skills
After constantly looking myself in a virtual “mirror”, I have made a summary of my leadership skills and strengths, which are relatively objective and comprehensive to reflect my competences and virtues.

I’m a pro-active, trustworthy and easygoing person with an independent character. I am also ambitious and sensitive to details. I have good interpersonal communication skills, relatively high emotional intelligence and organizational skills. Enjoying cross-cultural communicating with worldwide people is another virtue for me and I am always willing to challenge myself in a new environment and constantly look for diversified ways to expand my horizon and enhance my capability of a potential leader in the future.

Feedback from others
During the Edge Weekend, which is a life-changing experience for me, I received a lot of encouragement, admiration, well-meaning criticism and practical suggestions. My teammates regarded me as a supportive, rational and reliable team leader. Additionally, Insights® profile (2012) points out that I tends to be a helping inspirer, which presents the color of “yellow” at the Insights Wheel. Furthermore, it displays my several key strengths I failed to specify before, including possessing social expertise, future orientated visionary and interactive and inspirational approach.

My highly related leadership experiences
From my past experience, there are three pieces of experience outstanding and highly related to my formed personality and competences.

The first one is about my leadership experience as a vice president of a local committee of an International youth organization, AIESEC. At the end of the year of 2008, I was elected as vice president of finance of AIESEC DUT
