This project was valued at looking for two companies that could understand its operation and the decisions that were taken by the address in our daily action. So through an internal and external analysis of the organization arrived to make proposals that would complement current strategies and goals or to provide the landscape with sufficient documentation to generate a new strategy in a segment or previously undetected weakness. All this based on their financial characteristics, competitive advantages and its elements can be improved. Apple is a company globally recognized for its incredible graphics and unparalleled development in computer technology. Although Apple Inc. present there are only distinguished by stunning graphics computers and has a new generation of devices and technology proposals that breaks all competition close to the company. In the other hand there is IBM, a multinational nearly 100 years of history that has come to consolidate the market Furthermore, in the current development of information technology, a key sector in the area of business, IBM has a strong presence, not only for the creation of computers but by a growing specialization in consulting and services industries
When filling labor in the apple company, three different criteria that should be considered are; Vision-minded: Everyone joining the company must have a clear picture of its management vision – and fully agree to fight for it, to defend it and to live with it every day. It was created in 2006 through Congressional authorization especially for the Department of Defense (DoD). Implementation of the system began in 2006 as a replacement for the General Schedule grade and step (GS) system used by the rest of the federal government. NSPS’s policies differ concerning hiring, reassignment, pay, promotion, tenure and recognition. Under the GS system, there are automatic pay increases which do not exist under NSPS. On October 29, 2009, President Obama signed legislation that repealed NSPS and restored DoD employees to the GS pay system. Full implementation of the switch back to the GS system is to occur no later than January 1, 2012. This research proposal proposes that NSPS did not succeed because of poor consideration for review boards, self evaluation, and allowances of discrimination through intention – speculatively – and more importantly unintentionally. This research proposal also posits that because of adverse impacts, similar systems would also be unsuccessful.
