Throughout history one thing can clearly be said about mankind, They love entertainment. Entertainment has been in the history of mankind since the beginning. From the Roman colosseum to the movies watched today, humans love to be entertained by different aspects of media, but the most common in today’s world is that of the cinematic experience. For a cinematic experience to be complete there has to be promotion, the public must know when that a movie is coming out, what the movie is about, and who the movie is for. Currently those that are the most popular are those created by Marvel studios. Marvel Studios has effectively created it’s own universe with in it’s recent releases, bringing forth a most anticipatory promise of a crossover with Marvel Comics most iconic characters fighting within it’s groundbreaking release of 2012’s The Avengers and it’s sequel, 2015’s The Avengers: Age of Ultron. However, because unknown reasons a few iconic comic characters had been left out of it’s continuity, however one has finally made it’s appearance, in it’s own origin movie. Finally, the Public has Ant-man. For the release of Ant-man the appropriate measure were ensured to make sure the public was well prepared for the movie’s release. Marvel Studios went above and beyond producing extremely creative movie posters and exceeding immensely in producing enough hype for the fans. That figure is none other than the one and only, Iron Man. He is towards the left of the poster, with half of his picture cut off from view, but it would be almost impossible not to know that it is Iron Man standing in that picture. The Red of his suit stands out against the gold accents in place on it. Here, the brilliant attention to detail really makes as a stand as one can literally see all the ware and tear on the Iron Man’s suit Scuff marks and chipped paint is present showing that this hero fights. The background is varying shades of white and grey, as not to distract from the real main focus of this poster, the zoomed in and very small Ant-man placed on Iron Man’s shoulder. Indicating exactly what Ant-man does and who he is. Above him in giant, red words is the title of the movie, Ant-man. With the loudness and boldness, the title practically screams towards whoever sees the movie poster that this is the title, and to remember it clearly. Underneath that only three sentences in all caps, “NO SHIELD, NO ARMOR, NO PROBLEM” indicating that just because Ant-man wasn’t any of the other big name heroes doesn’t mean that he can not get the job done.
