I understand you are limited to peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and you've never heard of it, its ok, I'm here to help you make this process simple and tasty.

With the following instructions you will be delightfully satisfied when you're finished making your sandwich.

You didn't mention where you are and what you utensils you have to work with so if you have access to a kitchen you will need a plate and a tablespoon and some paper towels.
If a kitchen isn't available a plastic knife and a few paper towels will also get the job done.

You will need the following ingredients.....

bread peanut butter jelly The key to making a delicious peanut butter and jelly sandwich is to pick a loaf of bread that is fresh. So when selecting your bread ( white, wheat or whatever type you like ), squeeze on the loaf gently, if it springs back its usually pretty fresh.

Peanut butter has dozens of options to choose from. Name brand peanut butter is suitable but the store brands are just as yummy and will save you a few dollars. The main choice is chunky or creamy, since you're new to making this I'd suggest creamy. Let me also mention healthier choices are available ie low-fat, reduced sugar, low-sodium.
Jelly also has a wide variety of choices. Grape and apple jelly are popular flavors or you may want to try strawberry preserves. Pick your favorite flavor to add the special touch to your sandwich. ( Jelly also has healthier choices to choose from)

Now what we've gone over what you will need to make the sandwich, I will walk you through putting it all together. 1. Get out your paper towels/plate, and/or tablespoon/plastic knife.
2 Open the bread take out two slices, place them side by side on the plate or paper towel.
3. Open the peanut butter and open the jelly
4. Use the tablespoon(knife) to dip a mounded portion of peanut butter, spread the peanut butter evenly on one slice of the bread.
5. After spreading the peanut butter you will have some left on the spoon/knife, to avoid mixing in peanut butter with the jelly use a paper towel to wipe the spoon clean. Dip the desired amount of jelly and spread jelly on top of the peanut butter.
6. Place the second slice on top of the slice that contains peanut and jelly.

It isn't necessary but you may find it helpful to use a knife to cut the sandwich in half to make it more manageable to handle.

You are all set to take a bite of your latest creation.

If you have an option to choose a drink, a cold glass of milk pairs nicely with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

I hope these instructions are helpful but even more I hope you enjoy your peanut butter and jelly experience.

It is a pleasure to help you, have wonderful day!

It is autumn, a beautiful October morning. The country air is cool but fresh. The young girl hears happy music approaching her house. She is only eighteen, and she is nervous, frightened. She knows that many marriage introducers simply take money and tell lies. Some women from her village marry men who don't have all their functional body parts. Divorced women are humiliated, despised, suffering worse than an animals fate. She knows some women hang themselves instead and she prays this is not going to be her fate. She prays to a kind and merciful god that her future husband will have two legs, two arms, two eyes and two ears. She prays that his body parts are normal and functional. She worries that he will not be kind-hearted and will not like her. But most of all she &+x worries about her unbound feet. Bound feet are still in fashion. Little girls as young as five or six have to tuck four toes under the big toe and squeeze them hard to stop the growth.
