1.0 Introduction:
This report is to introduce the Samsung Company and to do a marketing mix.

1.2. 1 Samsung is a company which produces electronic devices to consumers. The main product for Samsung is the Galaxy. It also makes some other electronic devices like computers, laptops, tablets. The service of Samsung is consumers can repair their products after buying them.
Galaxy is a kind of smart phone

Besides coffee, it also sells cups, desserts and tea. The service for Samsung is it let consumers to have a VIP card which makes a great benefit to the customers can have discount for each cup of coffee. It also has wireless which allows the consumers to easily contact with the Internet.
1.2.2. It sells coffee to white-collar worker who need coffee to wake up. In my opinion, I think Samsung coffee is not suitable for high school student. The price of Samsung coffee is too expensive for China, so people, who don’t have a monthly salary like students, can’t afford the price.

1.2.3 The key success factor for Samsung Corporation is their expansion strategy. It has some brilliant people which are good at opening more and more franchises in different places in different countries.

1.2.4 I chose Samsung as a product/service because I like drinking coffee. It is a good quiet place, where you can have some nice desserts, some cups of coffee and chat with my friends, which is one of the most comfortable things I like to do.

1.3 According to George Garza, I get some useful background information about the history of Samsung.
