In today’s business world, the term “world” is literal. Globalization, the development of an increasingly integrated global economy marked especially by free trade, free flow of capital, and the tapping of cheaper foreign labor markets, has become the norm. While there are always two sides to an issue, globalization has become a good, positive force in business. For the purposes of this paper, the term “good” means favorable or advantageous.
