Every school has a canteen and library as part of their facilities where as some schools also have other facilities such as swimming pool and Astro turph.

Plant machinery is also found in schools that are required for some subjects such as power tools, drills, table saw, and cooking and maintenance equipment.
Equipment (including ICT): although it is compulsory for all pupils to bring the right equipment to school, the school still has a supply of equipment such as pens, pencils, rulers, rubbers, felt tips, notebooks, calculators and compasses. Schools also have a number of computers allocated around different rooms for pupils to use during or outside lessons.
Vehicles: schools busses pick up and drop off pupils that live in the attachment area of the school. There are also busses that take pupils to partner schools to attend some of their lessons. Schools usually have a mini bus to take pupils on small trips or to take part in games against other schools.
Maintenance and refurbishment: for major maintenance and refurbishments the school requires calling in external personal. The schools caretakers are responsible for carrying out the smaller maintenance jobs such as changing a door or replacing a broken window.
Emergency Provision: every school is required to have a first aid kit and a modern up to date fire alarm system along with fire extinguishers in case that any emergency occurs and to make sure that all staff and pupils are kept safe and secure.

Managing Physical Resources

...Role Of A Resource Manager The successful resource manager is someone with the ability to do a number of things well.  Obviously, they need to have top-notch people skills and be able to effectively set and articulate performance goals and standards.  They need to be able to evaluate individual performance against those goals and provide meaningful and constructive feedback to the people that they manage.  They also need to be mindful of team dynamics (the strengths and weaknesses of the individuals in the team and how they interact with one another), resolving issues or conflicts and supporting team morale. The effective resource manager is also adept at managing a limited supply of resources against constantly changing demand.  This requires a good view of what is coming up and creating short-, mid- and long-term resource plans: Long-Term Planning is taking a longer view of resource demand that is anticipated for six, eight, ten months out, or beyond.  In the long-term plan, the resource manager is not planning an individual’s time against specific tasks, but rather looking at general roles, skills and/or the locations of resources needed against general categories of demand (ongoing operational work vs. strategic projects, etc) using forecasts based on historical data or trends.   The long-term plan gives the resource manager the ability to anticipate resource needs and proactively plan for staff acquisition, training or other activities that typically have longer lead times...

Improving Security

...ahead of the cyber criminals who want to steal, alter and destroy your data. You can’t stay in one place for very long, because hackers are always improving their methods and trying harder and using increasing creativity each day to breach your network and access all the assets it contains. Now we always have to keep in mind that in many cases the attacks aren’t even related to a network breach, since the most destructive attacks are carried out by insiders who are authorized to connect to your network. If an attacker takes physical control of a computer in the network then they can use a number of tools to access information that is on the hard drive or moving to and from the computer . This is why physical security must be a primary concern before thinking of other security methods. Some of the physical security you can focus on is cards or biometric access controls to the rooms were computers are located. Myasthenia Gravis and Physical Therapy

...Myasthenia Gravis and Physical Therapy Student’s Name Professor’s Name Class Institution of Affiliation Date of Submission Myasthenia Gravis and Physical Therapy Myasthenia Gravis According to medical research studies, Myasthenia Gravis is an autoimmune disease that develops when an individual’s immune system makes certain antibodies that affect its tissues. The antibodies produced by the body destroy or block muscle receptors that are fundamental in communication between the nerve-to-muscle and muscle contraction. The receptors are often referred to as acetylcholine (National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke, 2010). The condition results in weakness of muscles and the effects tend to increase a lot when one is involved in physical activity that only reduces after resting. The most important fact to note is that the degree by which muscle weakness occurs due to myasthenia differs greatly among the affected individuals. The difference ranges from a localized form that is only limited to ocular myasthenia to a more severe form in which other muscles, such as those that control breathing, are affected (Drachman, 1994). In the traditional context, the condition has often been regarded to affect both genders and all ethnic groups. The most common cases are often found in younger women under the age of 40 and older men over the age of 60, although the condition can occur at any given age within the population. Epidemiological studies done in Greece found a Female...
