PRAN group of companies is one of the leading business institutes of Bangladesh .We have prepared report based on Practices of SHRM of Pran Food &Beverage . To prepare this report we have followed informal questionnaire. In the report we discuss about Company overview, literature review, Business strategy of the PRAN Food and Beverage, relationship between business strategy and HR practices of the organization, influence of business strategy various HR practices .PRAN encourage their employee to take part in opportunities and programs that will add to their aptitude to bring value and ensure further augmentation and achievement for themselves and the Company. Every year they are challenging their previous success. They are pleased with that what they have achieved previously but not delighted with that. (Pran Food, n.d.) and Beverage every endeavor is to outweigh their past performance. They are growing and growing in the global market. ...HISTORY OF PRAN-RFL GROUP The flourishing journey of RFL started back in 1980,with the name of Rangpur Foundry Ltd. The founder of the company was the late Major Gen (retd) Amjad Khan Chowdhury, a leading member of the Ahmaddiya Community in Bangladesh. RFL started its journey with Cast Iron (CI) products in 1980. To eradicate poverty from the society and generate employment for the people of Bangladesh. The initial main objective was to ensure pure water and affordable irrigation instruments for improving rural life. RFL produced cast iron products specially tube well, water pump and other farm implements with a view to ensuring pure drinking water and cheap irrigation facilities for the rural mass. With a vision to serve the common people of Bangladesh with quality necessary products, PRAN has started its operation in 1981 as a process fruits and vegetable in Bangladesh. Then RFL diversified its operation into PVC category in 1996 and in plastic sector in 2003. Now, the group exports to 118 countries -- from India to Middle East and Africa, Europe to North America. Presently, one-fourth of Pran's incomes come from exports: the group's sales revenue, both from national and foreign markets, was more than $500 million last financial year.
