Online courses often require a tech-savy student to learn how to usd new types of hardware and software to communicate and connect with their classes. Some online colleges develop and offer degree programs that might be available through public and private institutions. On the other hand, one concern is lack of face-to-face interaction with other instructors and fellow classmates. Students may experience a disconnection with classroom, but some schools try fixing this issue. The video conference technology that schools use is way to help student interact with teachers and students. However, it is always a good idea to find a school that has been accredited for enrolling to take classes online. Secondly, the advantages of taking classes online can be another challenge. When it provide excellent alternative training for student who want a great career. Online courses give students the opportunity to plan their time around rest of day; instead of been away from home. Students can work when they at peak energy whether early in morning or late at night. Course material is always accessible online, so there’s no need to schedule a special trip to library or admission office. All this make online learning a good option for students who need balance their work and family commitment. Students can take online courses and even online degrees while working at their job or while trying raise their family. Above all, earning a degree can show prospective employers that you are ambitious and want to remain informed and prepared for any challenge. A student can complete a large amount of classes at their convenience. Most of classes under distance learning programs don’t allow students to attend sessions at a particular time or place. This will allow parents to not look for care arrangements, because they can care for kids and classes from home at same time. Thirdly, the disadvantage of taking classes online can be another reason not to take on ground classes. Online courses require self-discipline. If you have time to concentrate outside classroom, online classes may not be for you. Otherwise, students will procrastinate, and it will be harder to obtain an online degree. If you have question you can contact your professor through email or phone. Some professors provide their home phone number. With traditional based classes in a classroom setting, you have more access to professors and can even meet with them one-on-one after class. At some colleges, financial aid will not cover your tuition and fees, so it best to stick with local colleges. Online learning limit the amount of public speaking practice you can gain from in-class presentation discussion threads, which is naturally built for traditional structured classes. When you have discussion question with fellow classmates, you want the face of person, they can be from another city, state or country. Some traditional colleges have no facilities; for examples, like libraries, gym, student stores, computer labs, research labs, study areas and more. Therefore, online classes just have few of these sources. In a usual classroom situation, a student routine can be right away reviewed during question and informal test. But with distance learning, a student get instructors feedbacks until the instructor has reviewed the work and send back to student for revision. Online learning is and disadvantage for students for this type learning. Some distance learning school program does not always offer all courses online; they may not obtain the qualification of the degree for pursuing a job. Distance learning program do not offer all study discipline for making choices, since technology and form of learning has and does not meet requirements of some curriculums. Finally, before you enrolled to take a class online through online schools, check to see if distance learning is for you. Earning a degree online can be an enjoyable and rewarding experience. When distance learning is committed using information technology. It was not well accepted and the equipment needed to provide it was expensive, but distance education is not for everyone. While some people thrive on the independence and freedom offered through such classes; therefore, others find themselves regretting their decision and wishing they had enrolled at a traditional school instead. Distance education students are now using their phone, desktop and television at same time in future for distance learning education. It is another way of learning than attending a traditional classroom. Ironically, that why most American students today prefer distance learning as a way learning and getting their education.
